The MGM team was really great towards me when i had lost 3000dollars, they lowerd my daily deposites and set a timer so I could only play for a couple of hours, and they asked me questions like if I felt comfortable with my losses, I didn't feel comfortable with my looses, I have a gambling addition and they helped me to addmit that and to realise that. To the great team at MGM thanks.

It's a scam, meaning, ...well...lots of things, I actually had someone call my house and ask me why I don't use it anymore. So... I signed up using the COVERS50 promotion and applied it correctly for the extra 50 rewards point on top of the 1500 bet reset and it clearly said in the ad that was good till April 30 and they denied me the coupon after the system said it was applied and accepted the code, they have denied me at every level and I live in Ohio so I took my money off and I will stick with DK, beware of these shisty promotions they advertise because they’ll simply deny you and it’s not right ! BetMGM engages in retaliation practices, if you email them a formal complaint. They will block your account. They will use the responsible gambling to ensure a legal means to block your account for your reviews, opinions and any formal complaint. Be aware you’re dealing with a shady company. You’re essentially donating your money to a company who will block you if you share negative opinions. It’s also a donation because you won’t win anything on there app. And it glitches, freezes and kicks you off when it wants you to start losing money.

I try to deposit into my bet. MGM account, it said that my deposit had been declined, but they took my money anyways. I have been arguing with them for over a month. Bet MGM offers bonuses but if you win they don’t payout the bonus. I won a $75 bonus bet and it should have paid out $112 but they said since they didn’t settle the bet until the bonus deadline was over they were pulling back the bonus and only paid me $37 although I haven’t received it yet and won’t for 24 to 48 hours. This is a total scam. Don’t use Bet MGM, it’s worse than using a Chinese bet site, slow pay and bogus bonuses.

I’ve now experienced multiple serious issues with their platform, and this latest one was the final straw. During a live match, they suspended all markets for over 30 minutes, completely blocking any ability to manage my bet or cash out. Meanwhile, every other bookmakers had the exact same markets fully open and functioning the entire time.

When they eventually reopened the market, they were happy to accept new bets - but still refused to let me cash out, despite clearly displaying a valid cash out value of £168. So they’ll take money on the same market, but won’t let existing customers exit their positions? That’s not just poor service - it raises serious questions about their fairness and integrity.

What makes this worse is the support. Slow, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. You only ever get rude, lazy, generic responses that don’t address the issue, and never any accountability. It feels like they are only trained to deflect rather than resolve.

This isn’t a one off either. I’ve personally had 5–6 issues of a similar nature, and after speaking with 20+ other customers, it’s clear this is a recurring pattern. People are experiencing the same problems: suspended markets at convenient times, blocked cash outs, and zero meaningful support.

At this point, it’s extremely hard not to question whether this is deliberate behaviour rather than incompetence.

There are plenty of reputable bookmakers out there that operate fairly and transparently - this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.

Holding winnings hostage. I have been attempting to withdraw my winnings. Nothing but the runaround after communicating with 7 reps and receiving 8 emails from the Operations staff saying everything has been corrected. I have a ticket open from 3/21 and still no progress at all.

Did not honor refer a friend bonus. Do not give them your money. Their system glitched and they have no way to remedy the situation. If they will not honor this then who knows what else they will not honor.
