This is terrible casino ..and is operated by LeoVegas .I made few deposits around 2k in few weeks .Few days ago i was a bit lucky and recover my loss .Did few withdrawals and ofcourse at the last 500£ .Account suspended for responsible gaming reason .So when i deposited nobody asked me nothing ..Long story short i sent the documents for verification 3 days ago and still beg for my money .To withdraw take 6-7h if you lucky enough in 2026 where 99% has instant withdraw method.I get in touch with support and they have no clue if my account will be validated and when.So avoid to spend any money here there are more casino online where you get your money instant .

Ever Since they updated the App after the new year, I literally have lost easily a few thousand of dollars, the wins are horrible, the glitches, and hardly giving bonuses. I was on a bonus and I was supposed to get $60.00 on my win. I got a phone call, answered it, went back in and my 60 was not credited at all, I was pissed. I could not withdraw and money that was won by the “bonus” cash. Basically, you just pay to play with funny money and can never withdraw that money. The customer service is clearly AI driven. So, of course, nothing was resolved.

When playing my bonus for the daily games. I received 10.00 bonus. I played through that. Deposited 25.00 into my account. I played many different games and won. So I went back into the game I was playing for the bonus with my actual money. They started to count it towards the bonus I received even though it was my money. I couldn’t cash out. When I should have been able to. They ripped me off. So be careful when you are playing the bonus games. Never had this happened to me within the months that I have been playing on there. But contacted customer service. They were no help. So basically forced to use up my money that I had on there. Definitely won’t be playing on there like I was.

I won two separate bets on a hockey game where I reached the correct goals scored during regulation and the team I picked won, but they are telling me that since the team won in overtime, the win doesn't count. They directed me to a legal page where I still couldn't find the rule that overtime wins don't count, and it was not stated on the parlay at the time of placing the bet...it was pick the winner, not pick the winner in regulation only. I closed out my account, I will not bet with a dishonest site that manipulates the rules to their advantage. I've never seen a site that doesn't pay on overtime hockey wins. Even the total goals rule was that the goals had to be scored in regulation, which they were. I went from thinking I won $100, to them taking $30 from me instead. Not huge bets, but imagine how upset I'd be if they were.

Horrible customer service all around. Was extremely frustrated with the app. Took 4 months to verify a proof of address despite reaching out 4 times by email and over 10 times by support chat. Then they proceeded to suspend and block my other accounts related to bet mgm(borgata/wheel of fortune which were in good standing and previously verified quite easily) instead of fixing the problem support was unhelpful, rude, and spoke to me very condescendingly 2 avoiding answering the questions I asked. Honestly never won much from the app anyway but it is stress relieving to spin on the slots occasionally. Welp I guess I’ll take my business to better companies and apps such as hard rock, bet rivers, etc. Better than being given the runaround for a quarter of a year, then lied to by support( they told me they would only close the bet mgm app and not other apps).
