I am updating my review after a much improved experience with BetMGM. After my earlier frustrations, their customer support responded promptly and resolved my withdrawal issues. They removed PayPal, re-added my correct Visa debit card, and after some careful play, I turned a small balance of $18 into $45. Worst betting site I have used so far, withdrawal is pending for more than 24 hours, I am fully verified and had to upload ID, this shouldn't be happening

Extremely disappointed with BetMGM's deceptive marketing. I deposited a significant amount based on an advertised 20% deposit match, and now they are refusing to honor it. Their chat support is dismissive and hides behind technicalities. If you're in Colorado, stick to books that actually honor their word.

They say it's fair and regulated. Bull shit. My buddy and I who have each lost 50000 on this sight started paying attention. What he would get one week I'd get a week or 2 later as far as wins. Then god forbid you do actually hit something and cash out. If they send you your money within a week just hold onto it I promise you won't hit again for a while . Games are great but they give you NOTHING to play. It takes way longer to reach the top tier status and once you do the rewards are nothing compared to FanDuel or Draft kings, trust me I did. I’ve been a customer for about two years now and I just ran into my first “problem” I did panick at first when I didn’t see my winnings in my account. After talking to the customer service team they assured me that everything is ok and that they are just going through some technical difficulties. We all go through rough patches. I am understanding to the situation and will wait patiently for my payout.

This is an honest review from a customer who has several accounts from other Bookmakers such as Coral, Betfred, Paddy Power...etc. Have had accounts with William Hills, Sky bet, Bet365..
All have given me free offers and when I have withdrawn funds there was no problem.
But BetMGM wouldn't let me withdraw funds without bank account details and other details which I supplied..and they ignored.
If you read this review I hope it puts you off opening an account with them...
