Even though the man touched a total of 9 bases MGM only allows one of them to count, the single. As someone who believes a total base is ANY base, they informed me that only a base achieved by a HIT is included in this statistic and even though they offer a prop bet for "Total Hits" they are not considered similar. I called to ask and was basically told "sorry about your bad luck, you so stupid". Beware what you bet, they will screw you any chance they get.

I didn’t want to leave a star but I had to in order to write a review. The app is the worst ever don’t walk run away from this site. The minute you win something they tell you your account is suspended and under investigation they don’t like to pay out and will close your account for no reason at all and calls it a business decision, with no explanation. I signed up for BetMGM through a Facebook ad offering a “Deposit $10, Get $200” welcome bonus. However, during signup, the site automatically applied a different bonus (casino + 100% match) without letting me choose or confirm the promotion I actually clicked on.

I contacted support immediately and was told my account was “targeted” for the default offer and I was no longer eligible for the $200 promotion, even though that was the only reason I signed up. I provided proof, screenshots, and followed every step their support team gave me—including emailing the ad.

Despite that, they still denied the promo and closed the issue. I've since filed a formal complaint with the Michigan Gaming Control Board for deceptive promotional practices.

Just sharing this so others are aware. If you're signing up because of a specific promotion, be very careful—there seems to be no system to confirm what offer is applied, and no resolution if it’s wrong.
