Bet mgm is EASILY the worst and most crooked betting app out there. And that includes any of the smaller ones that are kinda rinky dink. They purposely put new users in a position where they aren’t eligible for the bonus the offer once you win your first bet. The purposely place an odds booster in the bet slip; one that the user does NOT activate or ask for. The UI is so bad, strategically bad, that they make it so a user can easily tap this unwanted and never user activated boost to the bet, therefore nullifying the bonus they offer once you win that initial bet. This happened to me. And I know. You might say that’s the luck of the draw. You messed up so only cab blame yourself? No. That’s not accurate. No other betting app has an open boost sitting right next to the place wager button. And certainly not other app puts a boost right there without having the user first activate it. They do this on purpose. Strategically so that they don’t have to pay out these promised bonuses. Bottom line:

DO NOT USE MGM. So many others that are not fraudulent in this way. MGM won’t be operational soon enough as I’m starting a class action suit. Amazingly, tho not amazingly I’ve found 21 others who’ve signed on. This took me less than 3 hours to do. It’s on. These ass clowns are done.

You would think that being associated to MGM would make BetMGM a good, reputable site. Not so. Every time I entered a promo that had time sensitive entries they found a way to block my entry at a critical juncture. Not only that, I won money last year and withdrew some of it. Then, this year they froze my account and kicked me out for "sharing my account" which I never did. I believe they are happy to see winners go and this is their way of showing them the door.

Worst gambling experience I’ve ever had. Played lightning roulette for hours every spin deposited several thousand dollars and all of a sudden a message comes up error geolocation reject my bet and ain’t a coincidence that was my number. It came 300 times. after that, the very next spin it accepts my money back just as usual taking thousands of dollars like I said I’m a VIP member I’ve been playing for years with this company and everything I had it. I went through support and the IT company investigated it and everything and I think it’s horrible the way that they treat their customers so I will never be returning. They will never get a dollar out of me anymore and I think it’s real shady how they handle the lightning roulette and how they could just kick you off and then put you back on and that’s a real advantage to them so it would just be careful if you’re planning to use MGM or even evolution. The company that runs that I don’t know which one of them it was but it’s a shame that they can take advantage of people like this

Made a legit tapp card deposit. Never recieved my money. Then my account was banned for trying to get my money. Still am waiting for a response about why I recieved 4 different answers about the tapp card and why now they say the card is still active but account isbanned so I can not try to redeem again.
Nothing they have said is honest. I have emails blaming everyone but them. This is now a matter for MGCB. I will post what happens but like anything that involves a government agency be a long time before this matter is resolved.
