Horrible customer service "Steve", discounted message after I asked question then asked if they can help with anything else & disconnected before we were Finished.

Worst sportsbook out of them all. Writing this review because they sent me an email saying I could get a $5 bonus bet for completing a survey. After asking me what other sportsbooks i used, they disqualified me from the survey. Im pretty sure this is illegal but im not positive. This sportsbook is the buggiest sportsbook out of them all. Literally any other sportsbook runs laps around bet mgm.

Ok if you set a limit and sign off on the casino which this app allows you to do....and play sportsbook only....its a great site...almost all the other sites cannot or will not remove the casino portion from your app....cause they know your human and will play and get taken...so if you want sportsbook only then i recommend betmgm and just sign off on casino...good luck

Just inquired at MGM online casino asking about the fair practice of their online slots. Customer service agent told me they are unable to answer the fairness of their online slot games provided me a link. The last time spending 2 hrs online talking to someone called Andrea had to upload bank statement photos of debit card and passport and still not sorted. My bet won and I can’t access my winnings or free bets and probably never will! Avoid at all costs save your time and money

Reached a bonus round had 7 spins left with x 5 multiplier on each spin, the game froze. Don't use they can and do close accounts without warning and keep the money your funds that you have in your account without returning . I am a victim of this. I've tried over again to retain my funds and they respond , was a decision from the management to close your account. So what how about returning the funds I have in my account no luck. Poor business,been with this company for over 3 years,out of the blue ,my account is closed,and banned indefinitely, asked for a reason,was given about 25 options,still bemused and asked for a specific reason,I was told,decision has been made,and will not be reversed.

I won a £5 free bet builder. This won on Sunday with the Newcastle - Arsenal game. I won £21.25p Was unable to withdraw my winnings, I then deposited £10 into my account. Still unable to withdraw my cash. Contact customer support and received a text from a member of staff called Kerr. Kerr then rang me and assured me that he would sort this problem out. When I logged back in my debit card had been removed which was perfectly valid and only a day before when I had debited £10.00 cash into my account. So I have now got a £9.30p bet outstanding and over £23.00 in my account outstanding but I am unable to obtain my own cash. I have also been asked to provide a bank statement and debit card within 30 days or I will be sanctioned. I have closed my account, this company in good at taking your cash but unscrupulous when paying out because you are a winner. I am now over £33.00 out of pocket. My name is Ken Dunn.
