One of the worst gambling experiences of my life.

First, there is no real customer support — no phone number to call, and getting a hold of anyone is nearly impossible.

Second, after they took money from me and shorted me on bonuses, I was finally connected with someone named Lee from “Security.” He acted like a tough guy, continued to lie, and when he got caught in those lies, he became even more hostile instead of fixing the situation.

I was a hosted player spending $30,000 a month, and if this is how they treat someone at that level, I can’t imagine what they do to others. They cheat you out of bonuses and hide behind emails with no accountability.

My experience with the MGM team — especially Lee — was terrible.
If you’re considering playing here, I strongly suggest finding another venue. There are many better options, and these guys clearly don’t care about their players. They’re only interested in taking your money, not providing any real service.

Absolutely the worst experience of any online casino and I am with at least 6 of them. I opened an account and deposited $300 and was to get a $300 match offer. My money was taken but showed $0. I called to find out why. Customer service could not explain why. She then said our games are not working right now and we will sent you an email once it stars working. I told her that I wanted to cancel the account and get my money that I deposited. She said that I would have to cancel the bonus. I asked her If I do that will I be able to get my $300 back instantly? She said yes. I then went and cancelled the bonus. As soon as I did that she said to me you can now withdraw your money but it will take 24 hours to get it back. I told her that I just asked you if it would be instant like the way you took my money and you said yes. What a scam. I can not understand how igaming can certify this casino as legitimate. They need to be held accountable for their actions. Their platform stinks, their customer support lies and Igaming should not be sanctioning this scam of a site.

I have had a very negative experience with BetMGM regarding withdrawals and account handling. I have raised a formal complaint and I’m requesting resolution within 48 hours.

If the matter isn’t resolved, I will escalate to:
– The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC)
– The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS)
– The Betting and Gaming Council (BGC)
– And potentially a chargeback/Section 75 claim through my bank
