I will never ever come back on this site again!! Over £100 ive lost because they dont pay out or anything! Dont even bother using these scammers you'll get nothing back!!! Wish I read the reviews before!

Horrible gaming no play through at all especially on IGT video poker it will take 500 - 1000 to hit for 250 if you are lucky. Avoid at all costs and the slots are worse. Go to another gambling app for your sake and stay away. Their bonus’s are amateur at best and play through requirements are completely outdated and much to high. All they have to are rooms at the local mgm casino or Vegas if you lose 10k. Remember they have to pay their shareholders and their spokespeople. This is a lousy site, every time I get into a game and use a spin it says Waiting On Server, this messed up my spin and Ioose out on any chances of winning a round. Terrible customer service no help. When in bonus and winning they block and won't let you win saying something went wrong. Well...the only good thing is quick withdrawals but the games load poorly and location app interferes with game play...it shuts your game down that you currently playing...the Bonuses are not that great..Casino Rewards has a great platform but withdrawals are two days But the rewards are better...

This assbackwards company let me make a deposit but then told me I couldn’t play because I’m outside their geographical area. Fine, I go to withdraw my deposit since I CANT PLAY… they write me saying, they can’t refund the original method because I’ve not done “adequate game play”, well duh, because you took my money and wouldn’t let me play. Sets online Sportsbook betting just became legal in Missouri I jumped on the bandwagon. In deciding which sports books to join I based it all on the amount of bonuses that were offered. I completed all the requirements in order to receive my bonus bets from MGM but never received them. I have tried contacting customer service three times through emails. To date I have received no response. I also joined DraftKings and Bet365. Both of these services paid my bonus bets on time. If betMGM ever gets back with me I will edit this review.

This app sucks $120 on a slot $.80 a pull and in 15 mins and won a few times which is ridiculous. You can see the slot your playing glitch when it looks like your about to win.. absolutely garbage no bonus or anything... im about to start a class action law suite cause they rob you... I understand stand that you can't win all the time but when I win $2.40 and then it takes 20 more pulls then I win $.80 ... highway robbery...

The BetMGM app is horrible. 1. I've complained to them at least three times that their "location" part of the app needs upgrades. I've placed bets and then a few minutes later tried to place another bet and I get the message that my location can't be confirmed. I have to restart my phone to get it to recognize my location. 2. On more than one occasion I've made bets and come back later to review. My bets are not there. This happened again today so I withdrew my money and closed my account. My account shows $0.00 but my PayPal account shows no deposit. I don't know where my money went and their customer service just says the money has been transferred and I should check my bank. Worthless correspondence with BetMGM.

I wish I would’ve read some reviews we saw I started playing. I just wanted something that was relaxing and low pressure, so I chose to try their online casino slots. I had a terrible experience wasn’t able to access my bonus (one that was actually showing as a bonus on my deposit )contacted customer service. They were no help decided I wasn’t gonna play anymore, but then I got something that interested me, so I thought I would give them one more chance. I fulfilled all my obligation on the promotion, I was awarded the free spins and bonus, but when I tried to access it, it repeatedly said I had already utilized or the offer had expired. This was immediately after it was awarded I contacted customer service explained the issue. They just kept telling me that everything was available on their end. I said it is not available on my end. It keeps saying that I either utilized it where it’s expired. They told me to go back and try to troubleshoot myself, as if that’s a thing, and screenshot it send it to their technical department or customer service, so basically the onus is on me to try to troubleshoot and spend additionally beyond the almost hour I’ve already spent with customer service. To obtain something that they promised. Then the arrogant jerk that was the customer service representative just said is that all you need or can I help with something else? Frustrating and terrible clearly don’t care.

am a new customer that was referred by a friend and deposited $10 onto the site. After the deposit, I noticed I did not get any bonus funds as advertise and I also noticed that I didn’t do the referral a friend right so I reached out to support for help. Candace the support agent was a bad experience. Instead of providing the best possible solution to provide great customer service. Candace decided to give me the worst possible outcome for my issues and not only did she not help me with the referral friend she also told me I will not get no deposit bonuses if I don’t know a code. I had the same issue on DraftKings and FanDuel, and they both without hesitation gave me every bonus that I would qualify for. But Candace providing me the worst possible outcome and extremely bad customer service. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with customer service at a sports book. I will 100% be letting all my friends and everybody I know to stay away from this site.

This hands down is worst casino out there. They stole 5,000 grand off me then closed my account when I fought to get paid out for what they owed me. I win the money on there Claw Machine promotion. When I hit it the app closed instantly and when I logged back in it was gone. They did absolutely nothing to correct or fix it. There customer service has been telling me for two plus months a manger will contact me but that never happened. I would give them a zero star if I could because that's what they deserve. Please stay away from this casino they are full blown thieves and scam artists. I am working on getting a lawyer and taking them to court. In mean time stay away for real.
