Just one problem as I live on my own i don't agree with the delivery carry on yous don't deliver to upper floors so I had to lift it up myself and am 63 years of age it's shocking.

Easy to order and to check that order when I rang. Customer Service was excellent. Very good price and quickly delivered.
I was informed about delivery right up to 10 minutes before arrival which is always useful.

Really impressed with the customer service from ordering swatch samples to the actual headboard being delivered
Delighted with my purchase

Excellent service 👏

Excellent service would definitely recommend Quick delivery

My bed arrived on time and I had arranged for my old bed to be taken for recycling, which it was.
I had very good update on when my bed would be arriving which was helpful, it came when I was expecting it and delivery men were friendly and polite.

I purchased a divan bedbase with two foot-end drawers to replace an old one. Came with drawers assembled and fitted - just had to unpackage and fit the headboard. The two halves are held together with two push over plastic clips to the underside. Nice looking fabric and good height and firmness for us.

Ordered a headboard and ottoman to match and it arrived very quickly . Both were of very good quality and so excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very good service

Ordered an Ottoman without a problem (easy to use website). Delivery was scheduled and the order arrived as promised.
Sadly the product was damaged, contact was made with Bedsonlinestore and I spoke with Nasar Ali. Nasar had a friendly and professional manner and after viewing a short video of the problem, he agreed to supply a replacement ottoman. I was kept informed until the exchange/ delivery date was agreed. The exchange went very smoothly as the delivery driver text notification of the delivery time.
Thank you Nasar for a job well done.

Really nice headboard. So glad I got it from Beds on line store. Really good price and nicer than I expected. I was also surprised that it arrived so quickly. I was expecting to wait at least another two weeks.
