The bed is lovely, took time to be delivered but it was all worth it

My bed is lovely for the reasonable price. I chose the Ambassador with orthopaedic mattress. When built it's a good height. Easy to order too

We have needed a new headboard for a few months now but I’ve been really skeptical to order one online, as I much prefer seeing items in person first, however I was specifically looking for a velvet plush material and really struggled to find one locally in a colour I liked.

I ordered swatches from a few companies, including Beds Online, one of which was exactly what I was looking for. The swatches were delivered quickly, however the only downside was that they all had a sticker on the back stating which material it was, but didn’t actually state which colour it was. As most of the swatches I ordered were plush velvet, I did struggle to identify which was the colour I liked, as there were 2 slightly similar (mink and coffee), however I emailed them with a photo, and Nasar quickly replied back to me clarifying which colour was which.

I read through some of the trust pilot reviews prior to ordering, and despite a few bad comments about the delivery service I decided order the headboard anyways, as the reviews regarding the company itself seemed promising.

I placed the order on Friday 30th May, which we then received a text on Thursday 4th to say it would be delivered on Friday 6th June. The only downside to the delivery was that the time slot was 6am-7pm, however we do ring BedEx (the delivery firm) and was informed it would be between 10am-3pm, which was slightly better.

Overall, we are really pleased with the headboard and it matches really well with the rest of our room. It was super easy to install and I love the plush velvet material 😁

This was the 3rd bed we ordered for my daughter. The first 2 beds came from different retailers, were flat packed and damaged by the couriers.

We then ordered from Beds Online. We thought we were ordering another flat pack so got a great surprise when the bed came fully made.

We ordered an ottoman and the workmanship and materials are excellent.

They do have great customer service as well.

I would recommend these. My daughter loves the bed and my son now wants me to order him one.

Just WOW!
I really wasn't expecting to much for the price I paid.
To be honest I was assuming the mattress would be cheap, to my surprise the mattress is deep compared to previous mattresses brought before.
I will definitely be recommending Beds online. I ordered 2/5 arrived 7/5 .

Good bed, value for money. I’m quite happy with the bed and mattress but they can improve on their delivery service.

I just want to thank you all for the service provided. Communication with the potential buyer (before ordering) 100%. That's what ultimately stopped me in my search and ultimately bought from you. Delivery was less than a week and excellent. The product (two bed frames) is exactly the same as on your website and even the colors. We are very pleased and want to say a huge thank you from us. Regards Ina
