We ordered an ottoman from Bedsonline store as they offered a great choice of styles and fabrics. They were even able to send us samples of the fabrics before we ordered so that we could choose the fabric we liked best. The ottoman with our choice of colour and fabric was shipped to us soon after ordering and was very well packed for transit. We are very pleased with the quality of the ottoman and are using it as a storage and useful seat in our bedroom. We would definitely recommend this company for the service and quality of products they offer.

Very good no problems

We did have some issue with the courier which he were completely out of the retailers control. However they were communicative throughout and couldn’t do more to resolve the issues.

The beds themselves are terrific and both my girls absolutely love them!

We bought double divan with head board, very happy with bed exactly as described - and no issue with delivery

I really love my new headboard — it’s very sturdy, solid, and heavy, and the material is soft and nice. My room looks grand and hotel-like, and I love the colour. The fabric samples arrived quickly before I ordered. I’ll definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Curbside delivery is free, so if you live upstairs or in a flat, it’s best to have help carrying it or pay extra for room delivery.

We bought a small double ottoman bed with a headboard for my daughter. The fabric samples took a while to come but once we ordered it was very quick and simple. We had requested assembly but it came almost fully built so cancelled that with the delivery men and had a refund the same day. Looks good and very happy

I made a mistake with my order and dropped an email explaining. Next day I received a call double checking me requirements to make sure I received exactly what I wanted. Bed and mattress were delivered timely and exactly what I wanted. Great service and product. Would use again.

Nasar was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process – the service was the best! The delivery driver Kasim was also excellent and really helpful, which made everything so smooth. Thank you so much, I really love my ottoman bed. The colour is perfect, it feels so strong and sturdy, and the quality is excellent. I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Bedsonline to anyone – I’m a very happy customer!

Very happy with my purchase. Decent product, sensibly priced and prompt reliable delivery.
What's not to like?

Ordered headboard on line. Easy to do, notified when it was dispatched. Arrive in good condition. Very pleased withit.

I chose a king size divan bed with 4 drawers in the base plus headboard. The delivery was delayed by a day due to the driver breaking down but was able to be kept informed along the way. When it did arrive, the lads put the bed together in the bedroom and the bed has been lovely ever since. The only thing I was disappointed in was the softness of the mattress (an orthopaedic one) so I did have to buy a mattress topper but thats all on my own personal preference and no reflection on the company themselves.

Excellent customer service. Encountered a minor issue that was satisfactorily dealt with promptly and courteously. Would definitely recommend.

Value for money. Quick delivery

There was a good selection of bed bases, headboards and mattresses at very reasonable prices. It was easy to order online and corresepondance regarding delivery was good too. When I had an issue about delivery on one item the customer service was helpful and they resolved the problem quickly without hassle.

The order took far longer than promised and communication was poor.
Price very good, service poor.

More than pleased with my new headboard. Very good value for money and arrived in good condition. Would recommend this company.
