Great experience I have had with this company good customer service the bed was great and worth every penny.

delivery turned up all damaged so the order was rejected and taken away didn’t hear a thing from the company so had to escalate this with my bank for the refund which I’m still waiting for been well over a month and my elderly mother has no bed now

The headboard I ordered and the one that arrived were totally different. I tried to contact the company, left a phone message and sent a message on the website page. No reply to either. £90 wasted. I'm fuming.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!
I ordered a bed over 3 weeks ago and have had no update on delivery as yet. I have emailed on multiple occasions and no reply.
I emailed the courier who has the bed for delivery to be told that the bedsland account is suspended and therefore will not be delivered.

I have called with no answer and am unsure as to how to get my money back

Bedsland UPDATE... Finally received tne headboard, my kind neighbour took it in, as they STILL only gave a days notice for delivery.
Headboard is cheaply made and *very basic*
So glad i didn't buy a bed as planned.

Bed arrived scuffed. Got a slight refund for the inconvenience BUT then couple of months bed completely collapsed. Found that the ‘reinforced base’ is actually made of a thin piece of cardboard and 3 pieces of wood!
Absolutely terrible! Now I’m still waiting to hear back to get a full refund and for them to come and collect the bed. Terrible customer service. From all the reviews on Instagram I wish I’d seen before I wish I didn’t buy from them
I’m a reporter for a national newspaper so if they don’t collect and refund me I will be making sure there’s an article about this company. Ripping so many people off!

An absolute terrible company. Do not buy from them.we bought a bed and mattress for our daughter and husband after a few months it is falling to bits. They refuse a refund.. I wish I’d read their instagram reviews before I’d bought from them. Avoid‼️

Failed to deliver in an acceptable time. Poor communication. Beds eventually delivered were faulty/damaged. Failed to collect in an acceptable amount of time.

Agreed to refund in full once the beds had been collected. No refund has been issued. No response.

This company has stolen my money. They tell lie after lie. Most of these positive reviews must be fake.

They were brilliant and deliver on time the bed matress and head board is very good quality.

This company gave me an immediate and very polite response and resolve to a problem with a bed I purchased from them.
The 2year warranty on their beds and bases is very good as are they’re prices.
The pocket sprung mattress I bought is good quality and extremely comfortable

I purchased my bed a little over a year ago now, and had issues 6 months in. Bedsland accepted responsibility at first, but when it came to actually helping me with a repair or replacement the communication completely stopped. I’ve have resorted to getting the repairs arranged by a 3rd party that I will be taking Bedsland to small claims court to reimbursement for. Inside the bed frame, is a basic wood frame, with a single horizontal support for the mattress with a CARDBOARD like material used as the main surface the mattress sits on. This obviously broke and warped and made the bed redundant.

I have forwarded pictures of the damage to Bedsland and they have refused to help me or even acknowledge my emails anymore.

Very poor service.
