My daughter wanted a new bed for her birthday. Ordered well in advance but once order placed, I did not receive a confirmation. It took a week of trying to call (their mailbox is always full) and several online chases, the penultimate one being that I was raising a dispute through my Credit card, before they miraculously got in touch. I gave them the benefit of doubt and awaited delivery. I had a 4 hour window confirmed and was assured the driver would call an hour before.

The driver did not call until he was 10 mins away. The bed that was delivered was the wrong bed, the headboard did not match the base and I had to argue with the driver for 10 mins before he called the warehouse. Pics taken and the warehouse assured me the correct headboard would be delivered the following Tuesday.

Tuesday came with no further confirmation on the delivery window. Eventually got through only to be gaslighted, "I don't know who told you that, we don't have a delivery for today". I agreed to a Friday delivery, the day of my daughter's birthday and waited. If you've read this far, I'm sure you're seeing a pattern. Of course there was no delivery on Friday. When I called this time (and almost positive I spoke to the same person) I was once again gaslighted, "oh no, your order wasn't down for delivery on Friday"

So here we go for round 3. "We will deliver on Sunday and I promise to call you on Sat to confirm the delivery window".

Dear reader, I'm sure you know what happened next.

Now I've covered customer service, I'll tell you about the half bed. I could have done a better job. The draws are pathetic, not easy to open, not well made and I suspect will not be used. The finish is terrible, as another reviewer shared, staples sticking out everywhere. I should have bought an old bed and some fabric. I would have done a better job with a staple gun.

Dear reader, you have the facts of 3 recent purchases. All with horrifying feedback. Don't be a fool like me, save your money and run a mile from this awful company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS-SAFER TO SLEEP ON MY COUCH RATHER THAN THIS DIRTY PIECE OF TRASH.

If I could give 0 stars on trust pilot I would.
Delivery scheduled for 3-7pm. Driver turned up at 12.26midday and expected my 14yr old son to help him because it was heavy and he was a lone worker. I had gone to the shops because the woman from the company told me they would call half hr before. I was appalled to hear he dropped my mattress and base into the road, thankfully they were covered.

It was meant to be put together, so I thought- but was dumped in my hallway. The driver was back and forth into my home and into his van trying to find my headboard.
I had to get the help of my 31year old son and now i have a bed that can only partially be put together.
1) castors did not fit into the hole
2) staples left sticking out the back of the headboard- so poorly made
3) headboard doesn't attach at the back because the screws are too small and the holes too big.
My newly decorated walls are marked because we have tried everything to attach the headboard.
Mattress was meant to be memory foam IT ISNT
THE MOST AWFUL THING IS THE DIRT MARK ON MATTRESS
I want this whole item removed from my house and my PayPal account credited.

This company does not deserve even 1 star. Drivers arrived unannounced late on a Sunday afternoon/evening and proceeded to urinate by my bins. They then offloaded my bed from a filthy van and dragged it over wet ground. I had ordered a divan set in White Linen. What they tried to deliver was the most cheap awful looking crushed velvet, which unsurprisingly had a big dirty stain down one side and no castors. I refused to accept it and they took it away. I informed the company immediately by email and asked for a full refund. A few days later, having had no response I called them. Charlene told me my refund was being done that day. Next day I received a Refund Invoice by email. A week later, still no refund on my card. So thank God for Barclaycard who immediately investigated, refunded all my money, £700 and pursued Bedsland/Sr. Living for the money. Bedsland still didn’t respond so Barclaycard has recovered the money from their bank. Beware of this shameless and disreputable company. I believe they are based in Wolverhampton.

Value for money, received the bed before expected. The delivery drivers could be a little more helpful. But all in all pleased with the product

It’s really affordable, I got a good customer service and the bed was delivered faster than I expected I highly recommend this.

Received a bed that wasn’t what I ordered. Looks like a mix of 2 different beds. No assembly instructions and appalling service from the company. No one returns your calls or replies to your emails. Had to set this one up off you tube otherwise we’d have nowhere to sleep.
Shocking company and would advise to avoid them

Avoid Bedsland, I have cancelled a order and I don't received the refund, they no answer phone and emails. I believe they are scamer.

The bed arrived in less than 5 days literally
The driver couldn’t find my house and rang me which was really appreciated
Nevertheless I think they sent me velvet base and linen headboard whereas I choose linen bed divan based not velvet
But I was so in need of a bed that I couldn’t care less
Overall I’m satisfied although email wise they could improve

Was a bit scared I wasn’t going to have my bed delivered but low and behold it came in it’s elegance 😁

The wrong bed was delivered in error. Even with companies as well run as this one clearly is, mistakes can sometimes happen. But his one was promptly corrected and the staff were most co-operative and courteous. The product is good, for the money, and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Bedsland.

Was late on arriving and the delivery driver dropped the base of my bed onto the tarmac whilst it was heavy raining ,

Also layed the mattresse on a wet road also ... completely baffled at the level of care taken , not a happy customer

Very fast delivery. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon- and it was delivered Friday midday... however it feels like they don't have any control over delivery drivers - no one contacted me to arrange delivery. I live in a flat on the second floor - and never get a chance to arrange someone to carry it there - what's more I was not even at home when they arrived! Never had to contact them after delivery as everything else was as I've ordered. Overall very positive experience.

Ordered bed, contacted as it was never delivered, got fake delivery proof from them u fortunately for them Im not letting it just slide! Requested full refund, as failure to deliver item withing guaranteed delivery time. They can keep the bed, plenty of other companies who don't resolve to lies and scamming paying customers. Avoid!!

Parts missing, poor quality, emailed the company and did not get a response! So disappointed

Zero stars, absolutely disgusting customer service. Bed was delivered and slats were too small. I rang and requested new set. This was arranged the next day and I was promised 24 hour courier. This came and went. Again the next day I was promised they would arrive. All lies. Then I receive tracking number which stated 3-5 working days. I went a full week without a bed to sleep on. Phone calls and emails were ignored. I paid for the second best mattress too which is no way anything like described. 1000 sprung orthopaedic mattress? Not a chance. Will end up replacing it. Terrible experience

I ordered a bed on Thursday night got a phone call on Friday morning to say it would be delivered on Saturday before 12. Received my bed first thing saturday morning. Bed was easy to assemble and looks great. The courier was also really friendly and helpful. Brilliant service.

I ordered 2 beds from this company and the service I received was excellent! Due to my own mistake, the divan beds I ordered wouldn't fit up my stairs. I called and spoke to Richard, and he suggested an alternative option and got the beds changed with a few days with no issues. The beds and mattresses are very good quality. Highly recommended.

This company is not to be trusted, when I cancelled my order they kept part of my money claiming it was a delivery charge. I am £40 out of pocket because of this awful company.
