We ordered a bed which was a very reasonable price and it said 4-5 working days for delivery.

2 days later, I received a call and the delivery driver said he was at my address with the bed. I told him I was on my way home and he waited for me. He was extremely friendly and helped me move the bed to where it needed to go. His customer service skills were exceptional and the bed is amazing quality for the price.

I have received the bed last week.

The delivery man called me one day before the delivery and he called me on the day to let me know when he is arriving.

They was a slight problem though. I thought the man was going to assemble the bed since I purchased assemble option on the website but he said "no and I have to pay upfront." Long story short, he assembled the bed and going to contact the company for the charges.

Heads up, if you want the deliveryman to be paid upfront then the company should've stated that or something.

Besides the hiccups, I am loving my new bed.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

If I could give it a zero I would! Ordered a reinforced bed hoping it would last a while, well if I’ve received a reinforced bed I would hate to see a standard one. It’s just awful made from cheap wood feels flimsy and just not comfortable scared to roll over incase it brakes and no fire labels! Bedsland don’t seem to know what communication is. Was told it would be delivered on a Thursday between 1-7 and I will get a call 30mins before delivery. Well I waited and waited 7pm had been and gone with no phone call. I call first thing in the morning to be told the delivery driver cancelled my delivery as he couldn’t find my address ( I live on a main road) but didn’t let me know so they could try and get delivery for Monday but they would call me back what a shock no call. So I called first thing on Saturday to find they aren’t open on Saturdays left a message asking to call me back. so I call first thing Monday to be told we tried to deliver on sunday but it was too windy but I can guarantee it will be with you tomorrow (Tuesday) after 4. So again I waited and waited and still no bed! Called first thing today (Wednesday) to be told I will look into it and call you back, I replied will you actually call me back as I was told on Friday someone would call me back and left a message asking to be called but no one did and if they hadn’t called back by 12 I want a refund. Got a call within 30mins to say it would be delivered between 4-6. Wish I had asked for a refund as I’m sure my 7 year old could make a better bed! Money down the drain AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Very pleased - shortly after placing the order, I was emailed with details of delivery. I was called the day before to be given a slot, and the delivery driver called me when he was 30mins away. I paid for the driver to build the bed, which he did quickly in a friendly manner.

Ordered from Facebook and i'm truly amazed with the quality and the price. It delivered way before given delivery date.

Terrible experience from start to finish.

I ordered the Royal Grey Suede Divan bed with vertical headboard two weeks in advance and had arranged in advance a date for it to be delivered as we were moving. We had it confirmed via email and over phone it would be delivered the 24/09.

It got to about 5pm, we rang and was advised it wasn’t even scheduled to be delivered and it would be delivered first thing in the morning, so we got up at 6am to be at the house ready and waiting and no one turned up. 12 hours later we received a bad quality bed with the incorrect headboard and missing chrome gliders.

It’s a nightmare to get contact off anyone if you ring. I finally spoke with someone about the headboard, and they advised it would be here on the evening. The missing chrome gliders arrived without a headboard.

We finally received the correct headboard and in the picture it is a footed headboard, that isn’t the case. Its flimsy wood, and wobbles when you move on the bed.

I advised the company of this and their attitude was horrendous.

I advised I wanted some kind of compensation for how I was treated from start to finish. They advised they were already at a £25 loss for replacing the headboard (which was their fault)

I also received a reply back with

‘You clearly forgot to have read the description stating it was a 20’’ headboard’

I HAD READ THAT DESCRIPTION. And when the picture of the vertical headboard is footed, I expect a footed one with 20’’ above the bed (as is on the picture)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible quality of bed, headboard just held together, wobbles whenever u move on the bed. Material so thin your finger can go through it....definitely not a bed that will last long. Ripped material sample shoved in a hole cut out at the bottom of the bed. Had my son not already put the bed up..it would have been sent straight back for a refund!!!! Cant even call it cheap and cheerful...just awful!!

This company was quick to take our money but didn't send a confirmation email regarding our order. Ive called loads left msgs and emails and still no reply. Its disgusting how customers are treated the 0800 number takes you to a mobile voicemail so i added the number via whatapp they have read all my msgs and not responded they are scammers . Avoid ppl go to a shop shopping from this site is unsafe and u will loose your money and gain alot of stress

I brought a bed from here and the customer service was absolutely exceptional. They called me one day before to make sure I would be in for the bed delivery. The delivery driver also called me on the day and was very hospitable. The prices of these beds are too good to be true. I was abit skeptical at first because I didn’t think a king size could actually be that cheap. However it does justice and I’m still in shock with the overall bed. I have ordered 4 more for members of my family as they have all said they want a bed that looks and feels like mine. Absolutely would recommend. 😊😊😊

The delivery man, Ahmad, who delivered my bed yesterday was absolutely amazing.
Where we live is awkward (main road/steep hill etc), and he didn’t complain about getting the delivery into our hallway.
He was very pleasant and considering my delivery was possibly his last one for the day, and he had been on the road since early morning, he didn’t complain or look fed up. He was very accommodating, particularly as there was a small issue with my bed, that got resolved immediately.
I really appreciate this level of professionalism and customer service.

I read reviews and thought maybe I shouldn’t order the superkingsize bed but the price was too good to be true so I took the plunge and bought it and promptly got an order confirmation and a day later I was given a delivery date I waited for the date and got a call from the company to say it was arriving that day so I had my bed removed and taken away ready for the new one when I got a call to say the lorry had broken down and that my bed would possibly be a day late I spoke to the customer service team and explained I was disabled and couldn’t go without a bed so with that the owner god bless him drove from Wolverhampton to Cardiff to get my bed from the broken down lorry and then drove on towards hay-on-wye and delivered our bed the same day

The bed itself if perfect and so comfortable and literally half the price of the cheapest competitors

The service was outstanding if you are on the fence about buying this bed please just do it I promise you won’t be disappointed

Ordered from here because they are so cheap! When I placed my ordered I didn’t get a confirmation email straight away which worried me, but I received it the next day. Three days later I received a phone calling saying my bed will be delivered the next day between 12-4. The next day the delivery man phoned me when he was ten mins away. The bed is lovely no problems at all. I’ve needed a new bed for a while I’m so happy with this one. I definitely recommend. Overall product and service was great 😊

Was sceptical at first as the beds were such a good price it seemed to good to be true! Ordered on the 18th June and arrived today 26th June! To remote area in Scotland. Can’t fault anything, bed, service and delivery great 😄 Went for super king sized crushed velvet divan and it’s lovely!!! Thanks so much! Would highly recommend 😃

I ordered a bed on here for a homeless client of mine to move into a new property, Bedsland where great in making helping the client make this transition and enthuiastic to help us get the delivery sorted as a matter of urgency. Very polite over the phone and fast response to emails. Certainly a company i will be using for my clients furniture needs moving forward !!
