Love our new calibu bed. Delivery was ahead of time window. The delivery men were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company to all. Fantastic service.

The bed looks amazing, the color is perfect and it's really comfortable. It was fairly easy to put together. Bedhive are really helpful and are helping correct a mistake I made too. Would 100% recommend this company to all.

An absolute terrible experience; it started with delivery people barging into my house without permission, straight into my living room with dirty footwear on my new carpets. The delivery was left in a mess, the packaging was also covered in dust so the my newly painted white walls got covered in dirt. When we tried to build the bed the legs were missing, had to wait two weeks to get them. Then the legs would not fit because the holes are designed properly. The bed is not as good as it looks on the pictures, workmanship is poor, the storage function has a design flaw because the mattress and storage lift are too heavy to lift to get under. The boards for the storage are underneath are really poor quality, they do not fit the space so there’s big gaps in the storage where you can see the floor. When I was having these problems I rang the company countless times and left messages but no one got back to me and they provide a number but no one answers as it’s linked to mobile phone. The only way you can communicate is by email, you can’t actually speak to anyone and get advice. A thousand pounds wasted, do not buy from from this shabby and unprofessional company, a valuable lesson learnt, you can’t even find where they are located so if you have any problems there’s nowhere you can go. Buy from a reputable company where you can get proper after sales service.

Very nice looking bed, looks plush and was easy to put together.

My bed is out of this world! I bought the Esty bed in cream Naples and it's absolutely stunning and looks so much more expensive than it actually was.
The delivery guys were polite and friendly and it was so easy to assemble I did it on my own!

For someone who struggles with DIY, I was seriously impressed by the easy of assembly for our bed. Everything went so smoothly, from placing our order to receiving it and finally putting it up.
