I got scammed. I was waiting for a lazy sofa and a recliner, since January!!! Good thing i payed thru PayPal and hopefully i can get my money back !
The quality of the couch is poor- cushions are unevenly filled with feathers and lopsided in many different areas. Cushions also did not fill the couch space so lots of gaps. You are stuck with the couch once you get it because you can only return in original package and have to pay shipping (and it takes a really long time to get the couch in the first place- ours arrived an additional 2 months after it was supposed to be delivered). They also advertise the couch as pet friendly and scratch resistant but the couch scratched on the first day. I emailed them multiple times about the above issues and they said to try fluffing my pillows and to use a cushion cover to protect the couch from scratching from every day use. Also they had a promotion of a “free item” to go with your purchase. It seemed like a good deal with the free item but then they never sent the item. When I complained they told me to pick a different item or to wait another 3 months for the item I chose. I told them I wanted refunded the market value of the “free” item because it was part of the reason I made the purchase and they refused. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge.
This company was supposed to be sending me replacement couch covers due to tears in original due to poor craftsmanship. Now unable to get in contact with them and email no longer exists!
Bought my couch and Ottoman in Nov 2025, still had not received anything by end of March despite emailing back and forth on weekly basis after the first 8weeks passed. They suddenly stopped replying to my emails and when I searched for their phone number, I saw their website is shut down. I had to dispute the charges through my bank. Do not purchase from here.

We purchased the Luna couch and it is, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable couch we’ve ever owned. The material is terrible—it constantly pulls at your clothing, and feathers come through the fabric and actually poke you.
On top of that, we also ordered a bed frame…which never arrived.
We’re currently going back and forth with Affirm trying to get our money back because we’ve received zero resolution from 25Home. Every time we reached out, instead of fixing the issue, they tried offering “free items” as a distraction—none of which ever showed up.
Shipping is also extremely misleading. The company is not based in the U.S., everything ships from overseas, and you’re looking at a minimum of two months—if your order even arrives.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This has been a complete nightmare.
If I could give them a negative review I would. I paid $3500 for a couch that never delivered. I ordered back January 1st 2026 and their customer service team told me my order would ship within 4-7 weeks and it’s now been 14 weeks and still no couch. They told me they put in another expedited shipping request and I have reached out several times and no one has responded to my emails or phone calls and now I keep getting a bounce back message via email as their email is no longer in service. Stay far far far away from them, they are complete scammers!
We have waited since November 2025 for replacement couch covers. They respond to emails and promise free products in addition to the items ordered. Nothing has been delivered and they are no longer responding to emails. I firmly believe this is a scam and no one should order from this company.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a sofa and chaise lounge. Took 6 months for sofa to arrive. Never got the chair and they've gone out of business now.
This company does not exist. It is a scam. Do not buy from this company. They steal your money and then ghost you. $3,000 gone!
I ordered a bedframe in January 2026. After I bought it, I was told that it was going to take about six weeks until they got the shipment at there warehouse and another couple of weeks until t receive it. Today is March 28, 2026. Their email is down, and I can't get in touch with anyone.
Definitly a shady buisness that most likely went out of business. We ordered a sofa and paid $3k....they just went dark on us. Zero comunication and cannot get ahold of them by any means. Reporting this company to our credit company, the BBB and, Ontario police department.

I love the couch, when I saw it online. I paid for it. It came. Cushions were not deep enough and filler did not give good support. Leather is not leather. Be mindful of spending your money with 25 home.
I haven't been able to get a response on the phone, messenger or open their website for a few days now. I think the company has closed. Does anyone know what happened?

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my couch costing over 4k in October 2025 and it is now almost April 2026 and still no couch. I was promised a 25% refund for my wait and have yet to receive this. Now they have completely stopped responding and their website is currently shut down. I have emailed several times and called the number on their fb and can’t get anyone to respond or answer. I am out my money and have no couch. I am a single mom of 4 kids and don’t just have a bunch of extra income. They just scammed me out of my money and I absolutely am so disgusted and mortified I trusted this company.
I ordered a couch set over 12 weeks ago and spent 7K. They keep giving me the runaround that my shipping is on its way to the warehouse. It’s now been two weeks since I’ve heard from them and they will not return emails. Their voicemail is full and now their webpage is down. Beware this is a SCAM! I will be disputing with my credit card.
They took my money, told me the shipment was on the way, but stuck at customs. When pressed for more information, they are now ghosting me with no further contact, they do not answer their phones, and they've taken down their website. DO NOT ORDER!!!
So I purchased a Sandwich sofa and chair in May 2025. Didn’t receive the sofa until July. The chair was damaged in shipping and was never delivered. I finally received the chair in March 2026 after 10 months of writing, calling and begging for an update without ever receiving a clear answer as to why I wasn’t getting my order fulfilled. While the furniture is nice and of good quality the customer service lead to a terrible experience. They had the use of my money for almost a year before my total order was delivered. I don’t recommend!
