The furniture itself is very comfortable, lightweight yet durable, and surprisingly easy to put together. You can tell they care about both quality and customer experience. Highly recommend!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF, I'm always first to check reviews and I completely missed it and got excited when i saw this site, everything looks so good plus they must spend alot of money marketing, its all over instagram and first site when u search google. I ordered and like promised 10 days to deliver. 10 days go by and nothing, i reach out to find out that its back ordered and i would get it in 30 days, the offered $300 off but when i said that's not enough they offered tables, chairs but ended up settled $600 off, well i waited 30 days went by, nothing no email no call, i have to reach out 5 emails multiple days to find out its still back ordered and no eta.. i asked to cancel and the nightmare begun. I was first told 20 business days to process, I waited 25 days later, i was getting no responses so i filed a dispute with my card.. instantly i got email, that because i filed a dispute the refund process has stopped and they will not refund the money until i close the dispute. I let me card company know to please close the dispute, then they told me 7 days to process i waited 11 days still nothing, I had to start threatening with lawsuit and calling every hour for 3 days to finally get my refund... I don't know how a company like this exists and operates ! I'm just happy this nightmare is over.

The worst customer service experience ever. I ordered with them first they said they will deliver the sofa in 30 days and then the wait just become longer and longer. After more than 2.5 months I decided to cancel order and that is now going on for a month or so. I would not recommend them to buy anything, its not trustworthy at all and you will not waste a lot of your time with all these follow-ups.

I bought the Aalto Boutique Feathers Sectional sofa 1 year and 5 months now and it’s been the worst decision I have ever made! After 3 months of use it was feeling very uncomfortable. The feathers coming out and already feeling very flat! I tried to returned it and they told me that the warranty is only with in 30 days of use!
This is the worst experience ever with a very expensive couch! Don’t buy it!

I ordered my IN STOCK furniture 4 months ago and still have not received it. Supposedly Customs and shipping issues. It’s dishonest to say an item is in stock when it’s not even in the United States. Do not order from 25 Home!

Please do not order from this company. They are selling cheap furniture for high end. They don't care about the consumer and charging astronomical prices for plastic. I am warning you their furniture is crap. Buyer beware!

I ordered a couch and two chairs. The couch with the Chaise lounger attached is a totally different color . The Chair with the ottoman is different as well . I have contacted 25 home service and they say the right furniture was sent and they claim the color difference is lighting It i promise you is not

Had such an amazing experience with 25Home. The shipping process was so easy — they kept me completely updated with the ETA, delivery details, and even connected me with the delivery company to choose a delivery date.
The couch arrived safely, and setting it up was honestly a breeze. It took about 30 minutes from opening the boxes to latching each section together and getting it into the perfect spot. I was genuinely surprised by how simple the process was.
We have been lounging on the couch nonstop. Even our cats — who are super particular about their designated spots — have abandoned their usual places and now curl up right next to my husband and me. The size is perfect! It fits our small living room so well but still gives us a ton of lounge space. We even slept on it the first night, and I’m someone who usually wakes up multiple times — but we all slept through the whole night!
We’re so excited to finally own our dream couch thanks to 25Home. I’m already looking forward to ordering from them again in the near future.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order from 25Home before shipment was received however they were very professional and gave me a full refund on my order.
I purchased a sofa from 25home.com, which was advertised as in stock and ready for delivery. I paid in full, but after 15 days, I haven't received any update, shipping date, or delivery information. All attempts to contact them via email or website have been ignored – they've simply disappeared. Now, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my credit card to try to recover the money. I'm convinced this is a Chinese dropshipping scheme that lures customers with false promises, uses generic images, and fails to deliver, forcing bank disputes. Avoid this company at all costs! I recommend investigating these fraudulent practices.

The couch is great. Very pleased. The leather is very high quality (Italian designer) and there are no noises when sitting. Everything, including the pillows, were delivered as ordered. This couch is essentially the same thing as what the furniture stores that I visited had listed for $15K at retail; and I’m picky. You have to wait a bit but not much longer than if you bought from any other online place. The wait is worth it in my view. We’re very happy and plan to buy their bed frame next.

I had ordered a sofa set from 25Home Furniture. Since it was an online purchase, I was skeptical, but I had really LOVED the sofa's look. The order was delayed due to some customs inspection, which made me suspicious of this online purchase. When I spoke with customer care via chat, they assured me of a new delivery date and offered a complimentary gift.
Later, the sofa was delivered, and I LOVED the look and feel of it. Thank you, 25Home Furniture team, for your support. I would definitely buy again from this company and refer it to my family and friends.
Suggestion to the company: Please ensure your estimated delivery time is met, as customers do plan around delivery times, like I did.

This is fake company with absolutely no stock as they claim on their site. I ordered a sofa set waited for almost two months and they still haven’t shipped it. It was showing as in stock in their site. The customer service person by the name of Sanchez Black which sounds kinda fake and creepy has been providing fake dates and promises. FAKE COMPANY BE AWARE. This company is in China without any stock in the US claiming to deliver your furniture but none knows of its ever going to be delivered. STAY AWAY.

I ordered the Aalto feather sofa without seeing it, based on the reviews. What I like is coiled frame with feather washable cushions and it was customizable. I got the sofa home and ordered 2 more pieces to make it a sectional. The service I received was great, Sunny, not only helped me with my order but got a discounted price on the additional pieces. Sunny really stuck with me and helped me through the process. The delivery guys were great as well very nice and took care during my free delivery even they were giving 25home good reviews.
I ordered a sofa and after arrival was able to order an additional middle piece and ottoman. The sofa quality is excellent. Shipping was awesome and both packages arrived without damage. The company even sent me complimentary sofa riser when I voiced concern about the sofa being a little low for a family member. Would purchase from this company again.
