This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. Customer support does NOT exist. I tried contacting them prior to receiving my couch - The FEATHER couch - they would not cancel it! This couch arrives and it's terrible! Extremely cheaply made ($3600.00!!!) - you sit down and you hit the board beneath the paltry cushion. The material is scratchy and NOT plush. I called the company - no answer. I tried emailing - no response. So I opened a dispute on my credit card and then they responded. I could get a refund if I had original packaging, pay the shipping back AND a 10% restocking fee. This cheap crap is not worth $500!!!!! Don't buy from them!!!

Beautiful,sexy couch

I chose the feather couch with camel air leather. It is an incredible material that is so much more comfortable than leather. (Not cold)! But the most fantastic feature is the cushions, they are beyond plush. They give and come right back to shape. I had to wait some time for delivery but I got great support from the staff and all my questions were answered promptly. Thank you 25Home

I purchased the 110” Aalto Boutique…

I purchased the 110” Aalto Boutique Beige Feathers Sectional and unfortunately regret this decision. While the fabric is easy to clean and customer service was good, the sofa itself doesn’t work for our family.

The width is too narrow, making it uncomfortable with accent pillows or for curling up unless you’re on the L section. The cushions are not plush, and the overall quality is lacking for the price.

If you’re on a strict budget, this company may be worth considering, but if you expect long-term comfort and quality, I recommend saving the $2,000–$3,000 and investing in a sofa from a more reputable brand. This really is a case of you get what you pay for.

25Home is a great company with good customer service and quality products! I purchased the Aalto Boutique Boucle white feather sofa over a year ago and it’s been everything I hoped for! It’s comfortable, well built, easy to clean (washable covers) and still looks great! Without a doubt my next furniture purchase will be from 25Home.

Good looking sofa

I purchased a boucle sofa with two ottomans. It's very comfortable and holding up to a 40 pound dog well. I like the fact that it is washable. I did have a problem with a zipper after the first wash but the company is replacing it. My experience with customer service has been positive.

Amazing Experience

Amazing experience! This company is the real deal. Communication was flawless from start to finish, and the price was unbeatable. The sectional itself is incredible. I’ve practically lived on it since it arrived. It’s unbelievably soft, deep, and wide, honestly feels more like a bed than a sofa.

Sunny was fantastic to work with, and Monica and Sanchez made sure the inventory came through quickly. Huge thanks to the delivery team as well, they were prompt, professional, and even called ahead to schedule. Couldn’t be happier!

Beware of fabric sofa

We ordered a custom sofa with fabric. However the fabric started to produce a lot of lint, I am also disappointed a little with the alignment of the sections (it is not a straight line). The fabric is advertised with someone using a fork over it and it remains solid, however in my experience we are seeing lints everywhere. The only resolution we got was a small credit to buy a lint shaver. I did not pay over $4000 for a sofa poorer than ikea quality. My $1200 ikea fabric sofa lasted 7 yrs without any lint problems. Last product I buy from here, never again.

Regarding the lint (pilling) on the fabric, this specific material is chosen for its distinctive texture and durability. In the initial break-in period, some pilling can occur due to friction, which is a common characteristic of many high-quality woven textiles, not a defect. As we had previously discussed and agreed upon in our communication a month ago, using a lint shaver/fabric shaver is the most common and effective method to manage this. We are confident that with minimal periodic care, the pilling will be significantly reduced.

Concerning the alignment of the sections, a dedicated specialist from our team has already reached out to you separately to address this specific issue and is working towards a resolution.

The Worst Company I’ve Ever Dealt With – A Complete Scam”

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Buying from 25Home has been the single worst purchasing experience of my life.

They promised me my couch in 7 weeks. It has now been 3 MONTHS and still nothing has been delivered—not the couch, not even the “gift” La Mamma chair they dangled in front of me to close the deal.

I’ve begged them to cancel my order, but they flat-out ignore every request. Instead, they string you along with empty promises and shifting excuses. The salesperson Sunny will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get your money—an absolute con artist. And their so-called customer service rep Joanna? She feeds you nothing but lies about shipping dates over and over, like a broken record.

At this point, I don’t even believe the couch exists. I feel completely scammed. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and dishonest from top to bottom.

Please do yourself a favor and RUN from this company. Save your time, money, and sanity—buy from literally anyone else.

It is the hardest piece of furniture I ever purchased

After several months of waiting, I thought I was getting one of the most beautiful, expensive ($4K+) 9 ft. leather couches that I could actually sit on and relax. I got a lot of the former, and none of the latter. It is the hardest, priciest piece of furniture I have ever purchased. I have to apologize to guests as they react to its board-like firmness. Why? It's so very gorgeous but almost unusable. So disappointed. If I had only known.

Terrible

They waited for me to pay off the couch in full and then sent me the wrong color couch and now they wont return my emails, calls etc…. Shady business not to mention they make the couches out of goose feather in which they would be participating in plucking the poor geese alive! They should be using a down alternative and not advocate animal cruelty. Another thing is the couch is not durable enough for kids and dogs. You cant even clean them. Wiping them with a rag is not going to work. Way too expensive as well!!! Shall I keep going?

The sofa is a fiasco

The sofa is a fiasco. It’s very uncomfortable. The saddest thing is that you can find a similar sofa, if not the same one, for the one third of its price (Just look it up online, and you’ll see). I wanted to return it, but they are not answering my calls. Very bad purchase, so disappointed.

Reliable service and great product

Had a great experience with this company. I was concerned at first because it was my first time buying from them and it was a significant purchase for me. Very happy with the sofa I ordered, the shipping process and communication.

Have been using my sofa for almost 2 months now and it’s very comfortable. The only thing I’m not 100% happy with is the fabric. Softness and color are amazing. Up close is not what I expected so I advise requesting a swatch.

Beautiful sofa!

Beautiful sofa! Looks the exact same as the pictures and very comfortable and the price for a sofa of this size and quality is unbeatable. As other customers have said, the timeline for arrival can vary widely so if you need a new sofa in a hurry this might not be the company for you. I also wish they had their own delivery company as opposed to use a third party since Metropolitan Delivery is absolutely terrible and delayed our delivery multiple dates but that might be due to our location and limited options.

SHADY COMPANY BEWARE!

I think that all the good reviews are fake…
I ordered a sofa 25 days ago… every week they say another 10 more working days until it hits their warehouse. Im going to to try to hopefully get my money back from these scammers!
If you want to get furniture this year, then don’t buy from them. It could be several months for them to deliver!
I hope you won’t fall for it like i did

OMG - Beyond expectations

OMG! These bad boys arrived and I am blown away!! They are really beautiful makes me wanna cry. It’s everything I wanted and more 🤩🤩.

And I must brag about the sales representative I had. Shout out to Sunny!! He was really patient going above and beyond with all the questions I had - making sure he understood what I wanted and helped me craft the best options!! Scam

omg,I didn’t know there are a lot of ppl have same experience like me. I made an order by mistake. I emailed them right away to cancel my order. They reply me to offer me better thing to not cancel my order . But I insist it. Then they told me that they can’t refund me because I filled a dispute on it. I called the bank , they told me me they still can refund me even it has dispute on it. They also provided a prove to the bank said I received the sofa. What a ridiculous thing. I never received anything from them, and i still negotiate with them , they never tell me they ship it out, anything tracking information. Such a liar . Now I have to dispute it again . I ordered it on June. Until now I got anything from them. Scam

We ordered online and was nervous about how the quality and service would match up to the images projected online and the promised expedient customer service.
