Thieves!! Criminals! Fake company! Absolute scam! Do not trust or buy from them! It’s a fake company from China! Any positive reviews for this place are absolutely fake/bots! Ordered a sofa in December and NEVER received it! It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone there. The only number they have to call is a single line number. When I finally did get in touch with someone they lied and said I would get a refund in 10 days which I never received! Do not trust these criminals! The stole $3000 from me!
I ordered a couch in November 2025. I never received it and kept being told it was held up in customs. On February 21, 2026, after reading reviews of people with the same story, I canceled. Today is March 25, 2026, and I am still trying to get a refund for furniture I never received. I will be asking my bank to reverse these charges if I don't receive a refund soon. Please be careful ordering from this company. They falsely advertise products they have to have people paying for thing they likely have no intention of delivering.
Junk. ALL leather furniture isn’t leather at all. Waited 4-6 months for product only received some of my order never received refund on items I didn’t receive. 6k for about $600 worth of furniture. DO NOT BUY. Horrible company.

My experience with this company has been unacceptable and raises significant concerns about its business practices. Despite paying in full and providing a four‑month window for delivery, the product was never delivered, and repeated requests for a refund went unresolved.
Communication from the company has been consistently evasive, AI in tone, and lacked any meaningful action. The responses appeared automated or template‑driven, offering assurances but no measurable progress or accountability.
I was forced to initiate a formal dispute with my financial institution. AVOID- i waisted way too much time and energy!

I really appreciated the prompt service and communications from the staff from 25Home. They were super kind, friendly, understanding & knowledgeable.
NEVER again. I ordered a leather sectional on November 21st. Their email confirmation and website suggested that delivery would take around a couple of weeks, but I didn't see a specific timeline or any tracking info. I emailed them and asked when it would arrive. They told me to expect early January! I swallowed my surprise and set in to wait. Early January came and went, and no sectional or any other communication from 25Home arrived. I emailed, no response. I called multiple times, no answer. Finally, by using the live chat on their website, I reached someone, who told me it would be at least another month before my sectional would reach me! I told them enough was enough, that I was not willing to wait another month on top of the 2 months I had already waited, especially given the lack of any communication on their part. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. First they tried to offer me, in order, a horrible looking ottoman, then 10% off, and then 15% off my order if I would keep the order. I told them no, give me a full refund. They then told me it would take them a couple of weeks to process the refund! They continued to offer assurances that they were "escalating" with their team and would provide the refund as fast as possible. Over a week went by, and no refund. Finally I filed a charge dispute with my bank, and they have begun the chargeback process with VISA. All said and done, 25Home will have wasted THREE MONTHS of my time just to get my nearly $4k back! I reported them to Shopify as well and received an email notice that they are now investigating them.

I ordered my furniture right before the Thanksgiving holiday and was kept informed about my delivery every step of the way. The customer service was excellent. I ordered with a representative who was patient knowledgeable and very helpful.
My white glove delivery was top tier. They took their shoes off prior to coming in my home, unboxed everything outside and set it up in no time.
The delivery process was a nightmare. It took over two months to receive the product.

After a long delay in receiving my 2nd piece, I finally got notice that it was shipping out soon. I specifically asked that the piece not be shipped while I was on vacation and I gave the exact dates. I was told the trucking company would call me to schedule the delivery, so I just needed to let them know.
Well, the trucking company never called me and the piece was delivered while I was on vacation. Extremely annoying in that this could have been avoided if 25Home just held onto the piece one more week as I originally requested.
Absolutely love our couch! No assembly required, camel color and material are absolutely beautiful. The material unfortunately did rio just after the first year of ownership but we got it reupholstered.
My puppy chewed up the cover of a cushion and they were able to help me get a replacement super easy! The customer service has been very prompt every time I have asked any questions!
Simply stated worth the wait and trust in the process as the furniture is quite good. Well

I was searching for the right sofa and loveseat for my home. While everyone moves to idaho the local furniture stores are big fans of the overstuffed couch market. I’m not a low-end buyer, I’m not a hi-end buyer and the 25-Home product was exactly the look I was after. The two-tone leather couch and love seat that leads their page quite frequently. “Sunny” who was my contact was wonderful and texted me promptly and had regular updates. It did take a tad longer than originally quoted but she did mention the holidays could add a slight delay. Knowing they are located down in California made me comfortable as well. As I have friends in there area. All in all it’s a beautiful product as it shows. And I should add I wanted something on the former side as the old knees are wearing out. It’s been a great decision

Product was backordered although said in stock. Cancelled my order on Dec 2nd, 2025 still have not received my refund. Do not use this company.

I had been lookig for a love chair for almost six months before I was lucky to find 25home Furniture. Just when I thought Ihad found the love seat I wanted with companies I was looking at prior to my 25home purchase,I would check the reviews from customers, and most were unhappy with the merchansdise they bought. However this was not the case with 25home. My heart rose when I came acros the exact love seat I wanted the perfet ivory color as well , in addition a huge ottoman that I could purchase to match the love seat. Better yet, when I looked at the 25home reviews , there was nothing but great compliments on the merchansdise, customers felt quailty of furniture was excellent and the customers interactions with the sales team was outstanding.
I knew I was at the end of my furniture journey and was so happy. Ordering the love seat and ottaman was super easy. I had the pleasure to talk to Joannee who is ranking member of the excellent sales team. She assured me when the chair woul delivered and what I needed to do to arrange the delivery which was a simple call to the warehouse to provide my home address, what dates were good the layout the entry way into the building so the delivery could go as smooth as possible. I had ability to upgrade my delivery so the delivery men would bring the furniture to my apt and install it , for a slight fee at best. In fact when they delivered the whole processs from start to finish was only ten mins. In addition ,the unique structure of how the chair was manfactured was pulling a lever or two to open chair up and make it secure and it was done. For me that was golden, I am by no means a person that can puty anything together, it would have taken me forever to figure it out.
Just a last note before I close , after speaking with Joanne that chair was coming in a week , the factory called and said there would be a slight delay about three weeks. Naturally I was very upset, you see my family was coming to visit me and I needed the chair desperately. I called Joanne immediately and told her what was going on and she said to give her a day and she would somemake some calls and see what could be done. The very next day she called me and told I would be receiving the furniture as planned.
Joanne took that extra step/care to make the call and keep her promise. That showed to me that not only was she a deicated and trusted employee to her company,but she cared about me, the customer and how often these days does that happen to anyone? Well I will answer for you and say its extremely rare, and this is why you should buy your bedroom or living room furniutre or whatever your needs are with 25home Furniture. If I give them ten stars I would. Many thanks and appreciation to Joanne who was awesome and made spending my money a pleasure and a good feeling, smile.
