Just received our bed today and are really happy with it. Solid sturdy bed which is definitely built to last.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bed from Bed Hive. The craftsmanship is on point and the delivery guys who delivered and assembled the bed were friendly and polite.
The pricing was very affordable and there were no pushy salespeople trying to sell their other products. I would 100% recommend Bed Hive for their excellent bed and service.

Such a shame as the quality is very good however we had the wrong style bed delivered when we assembled it. Not wanting to sleep on it we slept on the mattress on the floor. I was told this would be looked into however I have since had several emails to ask what's happening totally ignored , no one is prepared to get back to me. Extremely poor customer service

I am very pleased with my daughter’s new bed, it looks amazing. The mattress is comfy too.
I had a couple of little issues but beehive sorted them out nice and easily once I’d e-mailed them.
I would order again

Good communication and a high quality bed

Please do not order from Bed Hive if you are expecting the bed to look anything like the website photos. I have spent the best part of the last three months emailing this company, initially to locate the whereabouts of my order (appalling communication and incompetent delivery service); then once it arrived asking why the bed I had ordered, in the fabric I had ordered, had not been sent. I was sent a substandard bed in a fabric that I had not chosen. Bedhive advertises beds that it clearly does NOT manufacture and has sought to gaslight me by claiming the bed I received is the same bed as stated on their website (wish I could upload the photos for all to see first hand). Multiple emails evidencing all the errors and flaws have been sent, only for Bed Hive to continue to gaslight and avoid taking any responsibility whatsoever. I have been without a bed for weeks now, not knowing when this nightmare will be resolved.

Be very mindful if you choose to buy from this website. The site is very glamorous but that’s as far as it goes. The quality of the incorrect bed - I have received - is of very poor quality. The bed slats were filthy on arrival, the delivery drivers are actually couriers who refuse to acknowledge or accept any issues. After raising all the issues and concerns Bed Hive’s response was to negate the evidence and was told that they will not collect the bed, unless I pay £150! I’m not sure why I should pay £150 for the wrong bed in the wrong fabric - errors (which I believe to be deliberate) on Bed Hive’s part? I have wasted countless hours emailing this company and have sent numerous images of the bed clearly illustrating the vast difference in design, with evidence of the incorrectly labelled fabric swatches; all of which is more than apparent to see! Their response is to claim the bed is exactly the same! They do NOT look alike at all! The Calibu has heavily padded headboard and the bed I received is barely padded. They also claimed that I should have checked the swatches with them before ordering. Well, I thought the purpose of swatches was to identify texture and colour so as to make an infomed choice! As far as I was concerned I was ordering correctly and had no way of knowing Bed Hive had labelled their swatches incorrectly!

Following approximately 50 emails or more, I have taken the matter further to trading standards and credit card company. People should be protected from such charlatans! I had written a review on their website, under the Calibu bed page, only for it to be removed. I now believe the positive reviews are fake both on the Bed Hive website and also on here! Interestingly all the 4 and 5 star reviewers have only ever written one review! The 1& 2 star reviews echo my experience much to the letter. Ordinarily I am not in the habit of complaining but in this case I have no choice since the entire experience has been horrific and so stressful. This purchase was suppose to be the start of a new chapter in my life, it’s ended up as traumatic as the last chapter!

Our bed, the Chesterfield Swan Sleigh bed looked lovely on the website, that's the last good thing I'll say about this company. When it eventually arrived (six weeks) it looked nothing like the picture! The so called craftsmanship was well below par (unlike the picture) the fabric finishing was poor, the slats were too far apart with the webbing on the good side, the other side was a splinterfest! When I sent pictures of the bed they said I had been given the correct bed even though it looks nothing like the picture. Since then they have been completely ignoring my emails, reading other reviews this seems standard practice. Now we are left with a bed we could've got elsewhere for much cheaper. Please do not use this company or you will be very sorry you did ... Like me!

Good quality bed that was a bit cheaper than competitors. Easy to put together but no instructions. The delivery wasn’t easy to sort out but the bed was here in just over 2 weeks and I’m very happy with it. No screws provided to screw down bed slats, not sure if there will be issues over time, but seems secure

Delivery was disorganised , no communication ,they were late and fairly rude pretending they couldnt speak English when I asked if they were taking it upstairs , we were then missing the slats , they dumped the stuff and ran, customer services was responsive and good though, the delivery van was piled up chaotically with stuffed chucked everywhere, not a professional delivery service by any means. The bed itself is poor quality, they did replace the legs upon our complaint (as original tall thin legs just didn’t go with the top heavy design) the shorter legs helped but the design of the bed doesn’t work as it vibrates when one person moves in it, totally cheap make up on the base and not fit for purpose , the headboard looks nice but the overall the design doesn’t work as a bed in a superking size, you can’t have two adults sleep together in this bed without it vibrating if one person moves slightly , having tried two brand new mattresses on it one being memory foam and one pillow top, neither helped this poor quality bed. This bed design does not work with the storage , high legs and top heavy headboard. My husband is 6ft 2 and also can’t fit in the length of the bed. I would not buy again, very cheap quality, it’s such a shame as the look is nice and exactly what I wanted but turned out to be a total waste of money as now I have to look for a new one after months of sleepless nights and months of my husband going in the spare room as can’t cope with the vibrating base, not good at all! Please think about design and practicalities , eg base needs better quality , thicker sides, lower legs to balance it out, and more stability to cope with a high heavy headboard .

Rang them 100 times no one picking up even no reply back on email. Customer service is 0. If yu guys doing an online business the customer service should be good as there no other way customer can contact yu guys. I paid £828 for a bed which I don’t even know if they receive the order as i received two email one with order number n other one one saying payment didn’t go through but in my account saying pending so God knows what’s going on with my order.

Customer service is horrendous I would avoid this business at all costs.

We emailed to book a delivery date, have sent the email copy information as proof yet these cowboys still refuse the booking. Basically, our beds will be 3 weeks late to our new house so we are goi g to be on a mattress on the floor.

The customer service team or management have no interest or have tried to rectify the situation.

Just received my bed and had to review it as it is so beautiful. It looks beautiful in my room. Quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend bedhive to people.

Ordered the esty plush chesterfield sleigh bed in king size. Such a well made modern high quality bed. Overall very happy with my purchase. The delivery was done by two kind men who were very professional and let me know exactly what my delivery time slot was. Delivered on time without any fuss. The customer service was great to deal with. Overall couldn't be happier

We spent ages looking at beds in showrooms. They were either too expensive (John Lewis), quality not good enough (Dreams) or poor customer service (Next).
We got so fed up of looking, we impulsively decided to just find one online. After ordering I was a bit worried they would turn out to be terrible, but we were pleasantly surprised. The quality is fine for the cost; they feel a tiny bit flimsy underneath but the quality of the fabric is great, and the stitching is great. We got 2 ottoman beds and they're incredibly tall, so it feels like you're far off the ground once you've put your mattress on, but we don't mind that. Might cause problems for someone elderly though, as you do have to sort of climb up into bed.
The only reason I've given 4 stars is there were hardly any instructions on how to assemble, and no option to have them assembled upon delivery. We had to search up a video on how to fit the hydraulics. If you have the same trouble, go ahead with fitting them, safe in the knowledge that once your mattress is added, the weight will allow them to work. I was terrified of breaking them to begin with.

Love my new Bed from Bedhive. Great Quality and service was second to non. Specified and supplied my own fabric, nothing was too much trouble. Delivered on date promised and looks stunning.
