They are FRAUDS!!! I purchased a bag for my gf as a valentines gift for 890$ and 2 weeks go by and it still hasn’t shipped, so I reached out and they said there was a issue with the system and my team will he shipped that day. Another week goes by and I reach out again and they said the items I purchased was out of stock. On the website it still says in stock. No one called me, no one told me and I’ve been just sitting waiting. I ask for refund and they said they will give me STORE CREDIT!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FAKE ONLINE STORE.

Worst apparel retailer ever
Worst website ever. Never received the item as they wanted to charge me import tax £70 on top of an already expensive item. Additionally, they’re making stuff up about penalty payments for import tariffs although I declined the package within 14 days as my right as a consumer. I never received the package and I’m waiting already almost 2 months for my $480 refund. They’re a joke and you have to write them 4 emails before they reply to you. Don’t ever buy here, rather spend £30-£40 more and go to mytheresa and be at peace knowing you’re in safe hands.

Very Disappointed with Balardi – Poor Service and Communication
I ordered a belt from Balardi, and it was meant to arrive two weeks ago. After waiting patiently and receiving no updates, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the delay. To my shock, I was informed that my order had been canceled without any prior notice.
I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Not only was my order delayed by two weeks, but I was left in the dark with no communication from the company until I reached out. The fact that they didn’t bother to notify me about the cancellation is unacceptable, and now I’m left with no belt and no explanation.
I would rate 0 stars if I could, but unfortunately, 1 is the minimum. I will not be ordering from Balardi again, and I strongly advise others to consider their customer service and reliability before making a purchase. Very poor experience overall.

DO NOT USE. I read reviews saying they would charge crazy import fees so I emailed and asked for estimates on my item before I purchased and they didn’t give a straight answer. I was then made to pay £107 import fee on items arrival.
Item took weeks to arrive despite saying it would be dispatched within 3 working days.
Unfortunately it does not fit so I am not having to return and pay the same import fees and have just found out they don’t refund delivery fee which they have put at £79 which is ridiculous so I will lose around £300 on this item!!!

Pay attention to return policy
Pay attention to return policy! I received sneakers in the wrong size as a Christmas gift. I tried to return them the day after Christmas and they denied me. Ridiculous that I was a day late and they don’t honor an exchange or return that was meant as a gift. What am I supposed to do with sneakers that are too big and their answer is just say buy another pair. They don’t seem to care about their customers. Be careful with this company. I’ll never order from them again!
Worn shoes
recently purchased a pair of shoes as a birthday present for my girlfriend, and I picked them up today. Unfortunately, I have several concerns about the condition of the item and the additional costs I incurred:
1. Condition of the Item:
• The box is dirty.
• The shoe leather is visibly stretched by the ankle area.
• The soles show signs of wear.
• The wrapping paper is ripped.
I am familiar with Alexander McQueen’s packaging and quality standards, and this is highly disappointing. Despite being advertised as “100% new and authentic,” the item’s condition suggests otherwise. If I wanted used shoes, I could have purchased them on a platform like Vinted.
2. Additional Charges:
I was also required to pay an unexpected £83 to pick up the item, which was never disclosed during the purchase. Moreover, I did not receive an itemized receipt, which makes this additional charge even more frustrating.
This experience has been extremely misleading and far below expectations.

If there is any other star I could give which is lesser than 0 , this site is a pure scam , I ordered a jacquemus long sleeve white shirt with pattern design , but I guess it was out of stock so they sent me a random worn yellow short sleeve shirt which smell sweat with sweat lines on it , immediately I received the shirt I contact them to tell them this isn’t what I ordered , they said return would cost me above 100usd which would be deducted from my money and they would have to wait for approval to send me return label , it’s over 4days now and they haven’t still sent me return label or anything all they keep saying is they are still reviewing and waiting for approval from the warehouse , I believe most of the positive review you see on the site are bots , please me very careful as you might lose your money and even have your data compromised

The customer service, Jessica in particular was very efficient and proactive in trying to solve my querie.
The Company itself should, in my view, include all taxes within their prices, in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Super bad experience and customer service: I ordered a 550 € jacket delivered 17 days later at the wrong address in Italy (my order has the right address in Switzerland). And in spite of 3 pdf proofs that it has been wrongly delivered , Balardi customer service Jessica keeps denying and not even reimbursing me. It is by far not a luxury service and even wondering if not an organised robbery. I do not recommend using this site at all.

I would give a zero if I could this is a terrible company , buyer beware , I bought a sweater for $1200 and all they would refund me when I sent it back as it was way too small for me is $700 why because they said they had to pay duties on it , never did I read that on their refund policy which just says they will refund , even if you want to exchange it they will take that money away first and then you can rebuy it , terrible makes me sick to lost that much money

I ordered boots from the UK, paid £55 for the shipping! When it arrived the size was too big so I had to ship it back! They charged me another £108 to ship them back. So £163 lost and no boots!!!
They didn’t even bother to refund me the rest of the money until I bothered them for 3 weeks! Just not worth it ..

Ordered moncler hoodie/jacket, was £100 cheaper than on the moncler site plus additional 10% for black Friday, but didn't read customs and tax stuff just looked at trust pilot later, to be fair to balardi they do state about this extra import charge due to UK customs so my actual coat charge was £125 customs from UPS, so I've ended up paying the same as it was from moncler, however I would advise you pay this charge prior to delivery date, UPS send you an email to prepay, as if you don't UPS class this as a first delivery attempt even though it's in the local warehouse ready to be delivered, UPS states you can pay the driver but when I rang up they said drivers don't have the machines to take payment but I got there in the end, packaging was a bit naff but happy with my purchase
