Still have not received item due to Balardi's error.....

Update: It has now been nearly four months since I initially placed this order. Balardi still has not resolved the issues with this shipment. Balardi refuses to take ownership of their error and find a way to correct it. I continue to receive bills from UPS for customs charges for an item that 1) should not have any customs charges, 2) is valued exorbitantly higher than it should be, 3) still has not been delivered.

Balardi provided the shipper with the incorrect invoice showing a value of $6,976 instead of $124, resulting in exorbitant fees being due COD. I still have not received the item ordered because Balardi hasn't corrected the issue with the shipper. I've spent hours communicating with UPS and Balardi trying to resolve this. Balardi said I would have a response in 48 hours. It's been 3 weeks, and their only response is "it's being reviewed" and "the shipper is checking into it." It is not an issue with the shipper and Balardi is not taking action to correct this.

Deliver back to sender or lost

Still waiting on a delivery from Italy to Switzerland of an order done 12th April 2025! UPS sent delivery back somewhere in Italy (despite I have paid the VAT). No help at all from Balardi Support Centre. Don't know what's going on! Feels like a big scam.

I ordered a Moncler t-shirt from…

I ordered a Moncler t-shirt from Balardi which is the wrong size.it also came in an old bashed up box with no packaging which you would expect from a high end Italian company! The return fee for a
t-shirt is £72!! This is simply daylight robbery & has now forced me to keep the t-shirt for my nephew as a gift when he’s a bit bigger rather than be robbed by this company.i have also experienced this with another Italian company Sugar so I would recommend you are mindful of this when ordering expensive items from the eu

I was sent the wrong color item and…

I was sent the wrong color item and they want me to return it without a refund due to shipping costs. The item was under $100, and it would cost more for me to ship it back. This exchange took several emails/back and forth to discover. Eventually, I disputed the charge with my CC company and won. They have now threatened me with legal action. This company is disgusting.

Balardi's response below to my review is unbelievable, as they continued to send me threatening emails until I reveresed the chargeback. Additional example -

"I’d like to confirm that if you proceed with a return, the total cost will exceed the value of your original order. The return label alone is a fixed $25, and import charges in Italy are $72.

While I completely understand your frustration, please note that filing a false chargeback could make the situation more complicated. We are a U.S.-based company, and our legal team, together with our debt collection agency, may initiate a formal claim due to a violation of our policy and the submission of an illegitimate chargeback.

For this reason, I strongly recommend that you cancel the dispute immediately and let me know how you’d prefer to move forward. I’m here to help and would be happy to offer a solution that works for you.

Have a lovely day"

"We need your reply ASAP since the chargeback is going to be over and we haven't answered in order not to cause damage to your credit score.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Service, Delays, and Broken Promises

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from Balardi. My experience has been one of repeated delays, broken commitments, and poor communication. I placed an order for boots on 17 March 2025, and nearly a month later, I still haven’t received them — though they are finally in transit.

The issues started when I was told a week after ordering that the boots were not in stock — something that should have been made clear at the point of purchase. I was offered a 5% discount to continue with the order, which I accepted — but the discount was never applied. After more delays and vague responses, I requested a cancellation and refund, which the company confirmed… then simply ignored. No refund was processed.

To make matters worse, I was later contacted by a courier demanding unexpected delivery fees — with no explanation from Balardi. Only days later did someone clarify that this was linked to my original order.

The whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Blcardi has failed on several counts:
• Failure to deliver the product within a reasonable time
• Failure to apply the promised discount
• Failure to process a confirmed refund
• Failure to communicate clearly and consistently

I’ve had to chase updates, endure uncertainty, and pay unexpected charges due to their disorganisation. At no point has there been an attempt to provide adequate compensation or even a sincere apology.

If you value reliability, customer service, and basic transparency, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Wrong size sent and I have to pay for their mistakes

I ordered some shoes and after paying £90 for the import charges I discovered they'd sent the wrong size. I emailed them and now they want me to pay for a returns label. I cant believe I've paid over £100 for their mistakes already and now they want to deduct £75 and another £13 shipping fee extra from my original payment.
In total I'm £200 out of pocket. They should be investigated for such a scam. RIDICULOUS!

After waiting another timescale of 5 days, no label. Another 24 hrs requested, once again nothing.
Do they ever issue labels or even refunds???
Update, it's now 3 weeks on, no response to any emails and no refund either. This company really needs investigating. Let this be a warning, if the price is too good to be true, then it's a scam! Please be aware
New update. I received an email today stating my return request has been rejected due to the returns window being closed....I returned the shoes over a month ago using the returns label they provide, and even sent them a screenshot showing the package as delivered to them. Now they're threatening with UK debt collectors as I had no choice but to raise a chargeback with my card company.
Avoid at all costs, it's an obvious scam.

Do NOT use them.

Do NOT use this site! They sell items online that they do not have. This is the second time where I purchased something, selected Expedited Shipping, waited 2 weeks and they kept responding with “it’s getting ready to ship.. it’s getting ready to ship” .. 3 weeks later they finally responded “we apologize but we do not have this item in stock”. 2nd time this happened which mean they do this frequently. Not sure how they are in business but I will also be filing a complaint.
