I ordered a backpack, which is very nice. It was showing at a reduced price. However there were import duties that I had to pay separately and which were not clearly explained at the point of purchase so I ended up paying much more than I intended. BEWARE unexpected or unexplained import duties with this site

I had a very disappointing experience with Balardi.

I placed an order (BAL24982) in September 2025 for $383.80. According to their system, the parcel was “delivered” in February 2026 — however, I never received it.

Since February, I have been contacting their customer service multiple times, but responses take 2–3 weeks, and then they simply stop replying without resolving the issue. There has been no proper investigation, no proof of delivery (such as signature or photo), and no refund offered.

To make matters worse, I also paid around $50 in import taxes for this order — for an item that never arrived.

This is completely unacceptable. I am now left without my order and without my money.

I expected a much higher level of service from a company like this. At this point, I am forced to escalate the issue further.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Balardi.

I ordered an item, I paid over 500€ , I‘ve never got the item and they didn’t refund me!!!

. They want to make you believe that the all for baby is different, in fact it is the same.
I have never been reimbursed a single Penny 9 months later after having paid shoes 450 euros which came back to them ( as they confirmed in an email). They are the most terrible thieves I ever met.. run away from them. RUN AWAY and avoid them.

Absolute scumbags ordered a bag online waited patiently for it to come only to find out when I opened the box they sent me a sports bra 🤦🤦

Absolute con artists , they sent the wrong size shoes and when I tried to return they quoted me a refund of £55 even though I had paid £148 . They do not supply the product they pay other suppliers from other countries who then send them out this basically lets them double the price they pay to the suppliers. I wish I would have checked here first and read all the awful reviews prior to placing my order. Also all their E-Mails are sent from a No Reply address so don't expect any support from them , you have been warned!!!

I would not advise to use this site- first of all large customs release payment and not money refunded …trying to buy an item for 1000£ - lost almost 300£- outrageous service and attitude in customer care .

There are no official company details provided — no verified address, VAT number, or legal contact information.

Their customer service technically exists, but only as a formality — all responses are just to buy time and create the illusion of a functioning support team. The chat is clearly run by a bot that keeps repeating the same line: “your order cannot be found.”

There are no guarantees that your order will ever arrive. In my case, they stopped responding right after receiving the payment.

And if you do receive something, it’s most likely a fake — the item I got was falsely advertised as a luxury brand but turned out to be a cheap imitation.

I strongly recommend protecting yourself and avoiding any purchases from this website.

I’m sharing this review because all the “positive reviews” on their site look fake and fabricated, and people might fall into the same trap.

Do not trust Balardi.com — it’s a scam.

Ils ne veulent pas que les consommateurs voient tous les avis négatifs sur Trustpilot et créent donc délibérément de la confusion en faisant croire aux gens qu'il s'agit d'un autre site, mais tous les avis négatifs ci-dessous concernent BALARDI.COM.
A Éviter, principalement à cause de la politique de retour! Très très très cher. Pour un site qui vend des vêtements qui peuvent être trop petits, trop serrés, avec une couleur qui n’est pas exactement celle que vous voyez à l’écran, etc., c’est très prohibitif. Allez plutôt sur les sites qui considèrent qu'une politique de retour doit être honnête pour les clients et qu'ils ne peuvent pas prendre près de 20 à 30% de ce que vous avez payé pour un article qui est par exemple trop petit en raison des tailles italiennes qui sont particulières... DONC, SURTOUT, SOYEZ PRUDENT OU PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN!

My daughter ordered shoes from Balardi and paid for them to be delivered by a certain date. They arrived later that required. She refused the delivery out of sheer anger, and is now being hit with all kinds of charges. If I can get to speak to someone it would be great but they hide behind a PC and send repetitive replies of the same nature ie see terms and conditions

My Balardi order showed up quickly, and I was really impressed with how useful their sizing guide turned out to be.

Unable to reach anyone , received damaged item

I did not recieve my item instead I was send an incorrect item I have now had to send the incorrect item back causing me inconvenience and am awaiting refund or exchange and this was 2 weeks ago.

Do not purchase from this Company. I purchased an item that was unsuitable and returned back to them a month ago.
They have not processed the refund and are not responding to emails.
This is a scam.

Paid for shipping insurance. Box came destroyed, 1500 dollar bag I purchased was exposed under the destroyed box. Was told this was not their fault, what did I pay shipping insurance for? Took me weeks to receive a response from customer service to return the box, was told I would receive a partial refund, was offer 50 dollar refund and an additional 50 dollar in cash back. Took me weeks to get a response to return the bag. Was told there was nothing wrong with the bag. Had to pay 75 dollars in shipping return fees and 200 in customs which I was not refunded for. Will never buy from this company again and will never recommend to friends and family. Awful experience.

Balardi are liars and thieves
They charge for delivery and then lie that there is a return tax to pay and a return delivery charge. This is not true
My return label states that the delivery is already paid and you do not have to pay twice for duties when you return an item
They have stolen £75 from me on a £150 order
I suggest you don't ever deal with them
They make a lot of money fraudulently from items that are returned. I am going to make sure they do not fleece me
They will write something sycophantic against this review

Commande reçue avec beaucoup de retard et, en plus, des frais de douane imprévus. Les chaussures ne convenaient pas et j’ai découvert que le retour coûtait 80 €
