Would give a 0 if I could

Would give a 0 if I could. Do not shop here. I received a faulty and damaged item, have requested a return since the minute the item was delivered. Two weeks of emailing the company asking for a return with no answers. They told me they would refund me partially, then told me a few days later they will give me 50 dollars back and a 50 dollar cash back for a 1700 dollar purchase. I had to escalate the dispute with my credit company and will be taking legal action. Never shopping here again, would never recommend this company to any friend or family.

Feels Like a Scam – Unfair Charges & No Accountability

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional service. My package was returned on July 20 and signed for by one of their own employees (Sarah Vitinsana), which DHL has fully confirmed with tracking number 6869416562. Despite this, I am still being charged for shoes I never received.

DHL provided all the proof, yet the company has been unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they’ve added hidden fees that were never disclosed. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way it feels like I’m being scammed.

I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them. If you value honesty, transparency, and customer service, take your business elsewhere.

Unresponsive Customer Service with Threatening Emails

Their customer service was unresponsive taking weeks to reply. I wanted to return an item and asked for help and had to have Paypal help me get my refund. After Paypal got my refund they sent me a threatening email for additional money...statimg that my account is going to collections and wiil ruin your credit. This was by far the worst international shopping experience. I would never recommend.

Nightmare company to deal with.

Nightmare company to deal with.
Sent me a faulty item, I had extra customs charges upon delivery.
Request to return and Balardi wanted to charge me £100 return fees. I raised a dispute had to wait ages for a reply, I had to go through my bank to claim back my money. Item returned but no money despite multiple emails. Each reply from this company was the same, wait 10 working days for refund. They didn’t refund so bank had to do a charge back.
Worst shopping experience ever. Avoid!

Warning to potential customers

Warning to potential customers: Based on my experience, I strongly advise against patronizing Balardi further. Their handling of package delivery has been unreliable, with unexpected COD fees and unprofessional service from UPS. Despite payment, they've shown a lack of concern for ensuring timely delivery. Given these issues, I believe it's best to explore alternative options for your shopping needs.

Be careful of the extra costs

Parcel arrived quite quickly but I had to pay CHF.35.00 Customs Duty. The T shirt is too big but I cannot return it as I would have to pay postage and an unknown amount of Customs Duty for Italy which would probably work out to be more than the article is worth. Not a good site to use unless you know the article will fit and are prepared for the extra costs.The freight was also rather expensive at CHF 16.00. All together an extra CHF51.00 on top of the price

Here's what you can expect from…

Here's what you can expect from Balardi:

Expect an early morning text demanding an additional fee ($60+) from a "customs broker" before your goods will be delivered.

Expect damaged "seconds" and sub-par goods.

Expect a $95+ "label fee" to return your damaged product.

Expect a convoluted email chain trying to arrange for a fee-less return.

By the time you have finally arranged for a free return, expect to be told that the "return window" has closed and that Balardi has a very strict policy with no exceptions.

Expect to be ripped off coming and going.

Avoid at all cost big scam .. I've not received my order £671.00

Ups claim my order is at a ups location i been back and forth for 3 weeks now I was hoping to receive my order which I paid express delivery for . Biggest scam ever i have never in my life experienced this .. I am left struggling without no gift and looks like my refund will never happen. I asked for a refund weeks ago

Item ordered from US site was charged a customs duty of $122.95

The purchase $267 was shipped from Italy, but I ordered from an American market (choose from the website) and I was charged a customs duty of $122.95, so I refused the purchase. The parcel was returned to the seller, but he refuses to refund the purchase price. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and immediately opened a dispute, after which the seller offered a partial refund of $116 :)) I refused a partial refund, PayPal decided the case in my favor.
Beware of this store!!!

Sooo bad experience for me I will never order again from them I order bag from them it’s look so cheap even I was confused if that real or fake the glow around the bag when I try to do return they wanna didactic 130 euro from amount what I pay that’s bad when I pay for shipment they need to responsible for them product !!!?

AVOID BALARDI

AVOID BALARDI. Delviered faulty items and refused to refund or replace. Absolutely disgraceful.
They accidentally send a group email to around 100 customers who all wrote back complaining about faulty items that Balardi refused to refund or replace.
I have NEVER written a negative review about any retailer, but please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Purchased an item of clothing in March

Purchased an item of clothing in March. It took 1 month to arrive. Returned the item straight away but more than one month later, I am still waiting for a refund. Item stuck in Italian customs/UPS and Balardi are not responding to my emails. Arranging a refund for defective item was not straight forward, lots of small print regarding returns and refunds and I have no confidence that I will receive my money back. Would strongly advise to avoid this company.

SCAMMERS I purchased a Versace hand bag costing…S

I purchased a Versace hand bag costing £219 when I received the item it was damaged on the strap the stud do not clip in I got in contact with Balardi with photos straight away but they replied by saying when it left the warehouse it was not faulty they are refusing to accept my return and if I return it I will be charged for the item being returned back to me as they will not accept it and now I’ve been left with a faulty bag be aware and be careful as they are scammers and take your money and send out faulty items
If anyone have any ideas what I can do about please leave me a comment thank you..

Please be aware of return policy

I was a little nervous ordering a dress for my sons wedding but the site said that returns were free so I went ahead. The dress was lovely but did not zip up even though I ordered a medium and am generally a small. When I applied for a return they sent a label that clearly said at “at no cost to you”. I decided to ask for a credit as I would receive a bonus credit of $20. I intended to order a larger size but there was none in stock so asked the consultant to check that I had received the correct size. In the meantime I received notification that my return had been received , charging me $97 shipping. When I queried this I was told that shipping prices would apply. On the website in small print it did say this (my bad) but it also said that “the shipping charge will be indicated with the return label”, which did not happen. After several emails it became clear that I would have to pay for shipping so I decided to ask for a refund . I received no response for over a week. At this stage I just ordered something so I would not lose my money completely. To add insult to injury I was charged shipping and I could not use the $20 credit so I ended up being out by over a hundred dollars. I would never consider ordering again

I placed an order for a bag on April…

I placed an order for a bag on April 23rd with express delivery. It's May 7th and I still haven't received the bag. And there's no response to my email, and my order won't be canceled. Would not recommend anyone else to buy anything here.
