Stay away from this company, I wanted to return the item I ordered and they made it impossible by charging me so many extra costs for the return. I challenged the customer service to provide me the reason for all the returning fees which they over £200 (the item purchased was only £340) but had no explanation in fact they stopped communications. By law I know I'm entitled to a full refund. This company is a fraud, stay away from it

Watch out! They have good products, but there return system is a scam. My sweater is 320$ and to return it, it will cost 150$. This is an absolut scam. hey charge import cost, but between Netherlands and Italy are no import cost.

They are a scam store, do not order from here unless you know for sure you won't want to return. They've completely removed the return section of their site.

Hidden import duty costs were not mentioned / clear on purchase. When DPD turned up they wanted £53 import cost , so I told them to send it back but they came back following day on Balardi’s instruction and said they would a 3rd time. Having now read reviews in here about getting refunds we decided to pay it rather than risk getting no gillet and losing £300. Terrible company.

I have never dealt with an online company like this before. They charged me over £150 for the return and said it was due to import duties. This is a lie as I have returned items before to the EU and just been charged £10.00 for the return. They are thieves!

Quanto si tempi di consegna il servizio è’stato buono, i problemi sono iniziati quando ho richiesto il reso dell’ordine. Con la richiesta viene immediatamente prospettata una cifra di rimborso che è altamente disincentivante.. a prescindere dalla zona euro da cui proviene il prodotto acquistato loro già ti prospettano addebiti vari fra tasse e costi spedizioni. In più si riservano 3 giorni lavorativi prima di accettare la richiesta di reso ed emissione della relativa etichetta. Fortunatamente il mio ordine era zona CEE sicché per effettuare il reso ho dovuto spendere SOLO 78 eur!! Mai, mai, mai più Balardi

They will not correspond with FedEx so I can get a refund on a £760 jacket I never received!
Iv been trying to get them to speak to FedEx for a month now.
All they have to do is lodge a claim with them but they are refusing to do that
I’m absolutely disgusted with them

Be very careful! I ordered a coat that costs a lot. Ιt arrived 13 days later than late when I had already asked them to cancel the order due to their delay and the fact that they would not answer when would i actually get the item. They expensive item reached me in a torn bag and in a damaged paper box like they were sending me potatoes. Finally I asked for a return and here is the fun ..... from the CHF 1.333.00 i paid they are going to return to me CHF 893.36!!!! They say it is return charges! I mean it os obvioulsy theft and I am taking it further following the legal way. Can you believe these guys? And they are nowehre to be found by the way. Their answer to me not accepting these charges was that they are willing to give me an extra discount to keep the item, and when I refused due to personal ethos they are nowehre to be found. They only reply every now and then a systematic email that answers none of your questions. Just 'Hello, how can I help you'. Guys they are DANGEROUS. stay away.

SCAM! Hidden Import Charges. This company is not to be trusted they lure you in with cost friendlier items you go to check out pay for the item. Just to be contacted by international courier that you need to pay a extortionate amount in import fees that is not included in the final payment at check out to begin with. No disclaimer no mention of it NOTHING So you’re stuck! Spending way more than you anticipated! I couldn’t afford the fees requested the item returned back to them as I didn’t receive it anyway. I contacted this incompetent company for 2 weeks straight and still I am yet to receive a penny of my money back. It is not worth all the stress buy elsewhere!

UPDATE !!

They are now trying to threaten me over email with legal action for raising a dispute with my bank. Bear in mind they did not give me any refund in 3 weeks. This company is a joke.

Hidden import charges and no information of that during purchase. The website have not added any hint on the fact that the customs charges will have to paid additionally for shipment to UK anywhere during the order creation process to inform the customer about this. There are no hint on approximate payment to be made as well. If this was available any time during checkout I would have completely avoided purchasing from your website.

The sale is done on UK market and payment is picked up by relevant UK entity of the company, so how on earth only the shipment part is set up to rip off the customers with additional charges.

Stung on import tax don’t bother it’s not worth it in the long run and took two weeks to deliver

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I was scammed, and I am usually a very savvy shopper. The delivery process was acceptable but it all became clear upon my attempt to return the item. The company claims it will cost me $349 USD for a "custom import fee" + $45 return shipping label fee to return the $1,100 coat I ordered. I know full well that there are no import fees for returned items. This is a scam. But I can't get in touch with anyone. I might try to return the item anyway and reject the crazy up-charges on "customs" on my credit card.

That was fine I saved about £150
But about 3 weeks after receiving the order
I was hit with an invoice for shipping and importing
From FedEx for about £115 yes I’ve still saved but a saving of about £35
I’d rather of purchased from the high street

This company is a scam - strongly advise not using. They have very high hidden charges for import costs (despite saying shipping is free) and have attempted to request around £160 (including £40 simply to produce a label) for returning an item which cost around £450, despite the fact that it does not cost to return items to the EU from UK under the Returned Goods Regimes. I can also see that other consumers below have suffered the same problem.

Rückgabe sehr teuer und unmöglich. Zuerst verlangen sie 100 für Rückgabeversand und Gebühren, für einen Einkaufsbetrag von 230. Dann folgt man den Anweisungen. Und das Paket wird von DHL nicht abgeholt. Man schreibt etwa 10 e–Mails und man erhält Antworten von irgendeinem Bot. Also wenn man einkauft kann man davon ausgehen das Rückgaben unmöglich sind.
