I wasn’t happy with the standard mattress I got with a crib so wanted to order a bespoke one that was thicker and more premium.

I found baby mattresses online and ordered a bespoke mattress which I could completely tailor.

I ordered on the Monday and it arrived by the Thursday and I am so happy with the quality and service.

I will use again and highly recommend.

If only there were 6 stars this company would get them from me! Fantastic service from a totally customer oriented organisation all the way from the tele-sales assistant right through to dispatch and delivery. I can't recommend BabyMattresses Online highly enough.

I am very impressed with the quality of the made to measure travel cot mattress I ordered. The customer service was very helpful in enabling me to decide on exactly what type of covering to order. The mattress, waterproof sheet and cotton sheets arrived 3 days after the order was placed!

Absolutely excellent. I ordered it about a week ago and the email said delivery was between 10 and 14 days. It came much sooner. The mattress is perfect and fits perfectly and the quality of it is amazing. I am so pleased I found this website as I was unable to find a mattress that would fit the crib we got given second hand and it was a very stressful situation with a baby soon to arrive. Will definitely use this website again.

Really impressed with the quality, price and service - I bought a second hand Moses basket that turned out to be non-standard size and so I needed a custom-made mattress, which I was worried was going to be really expensive. I ordered one from this company for my choice of specifications and at the same price or cheaper than I'd have been able to buy 'off the rack'. It fits perfectly and seems really good quality. I went back to order a new mattress for a Chicco next to me crib when I bought that second hand too.

Ordered a mattress through the website and explained it was needed for our holiday the next week. I was worried it might not arrive in time. I worried over nothing. Three days later the mattress arrived.

I'm absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from Baby Mattress Online. I ordered a custom mattress size, for a cot that's been handed down the generations. My daughter caught us by surprise and decided to start standing in her crib so we needed the mattress for the cot ASAP, I contacted Baby Matrress Online explaining the situation and they put a rush on the order and I received the custom mattress THREE days later, at no extra cost! Wonderful wonderful service, thank you.

One of the best companies I have ever worked with; required a bespoke size mattress for a cot and not only did I receive an excellent personal service when I rang up, the mattress was excellent quality and arrived very quickly!

Ordered replacement foam mattresses for a next2me and an uppababy pram carrycot. Someone got in touch via email to check the dimensions of the carrycot. It took 13 days between ordering and the mattresses arriving (which included me taking a few days to provide measurements). Really impressed with the prices compared to the cost of the branded versions. The quality looks great so far, although baby hasn't arrived to provide their opinion yet! Both mattresses arrived with fitted covers as standard. Would recommend!

I was a bit disappointed when I bought a travel cot and the mattress turned out to be really thin so was delighted to find this company who make bespoke made to measure mattresses for a variety of brands. There are lots of different option of the type of mattress you can choose. I called them and spoke to them to see if there was any way to get it to me before their usual 10-12 working day turn around as we were going away the following weekend. The lady kindly said she would mark the order as urgent but couldn’t guarantee it as once it’s with a courier it’s out of their hands. My order turned up in 3 days! Fantastic service would highly recommend.

We needed a 90cm x 54cm mattress having had a bad experience with Mamas & Papas. Not only is the mattress custom made but is also amazing quality! The customer service was amazing and they communicated throughout the process. Delivery was swift and the product came exactly as we wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service. Ordered a mattress for our travel cot as the one supplied was a liitle on the thin side. This was a last minute decision before going on holiday, I emailed them to ensure we could get this before our departure. They done an amazing job at getting the mattress to me on time. As for the product itself, we went for the bamboo covered foam mattress. I'm happy to say the quality is very very good and our little one seems to approve. I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service from start to finish! I ordered a custom made Halo bassinest mattress to replace the one we had for our second baby who is due to arrive. I wish I had ordered one for my firstborn too! The original genuine Halo mattress that comes with the bassinet is so thin you can feel the seam through it. The quality and feel of the new mattress I ordered from baby mattresses online is amazing! The prices are very reasonable and delivery time and service was great! I ordered on the Monday and emailed them to inform them I’d like the mattress ASAP as baby is due very soon and I received it on the Friday! Very impressed and happy customer! Will be using again.

We were badly let down by TuttiBambino. After ordering a new mattress mid december and by mid Feb after numerous emails, we were told it could be the end of march before we got our mattress (after our due date).

So upon looking on google as it was an obscure mattress size found this company.

Total life savers , order on the Friday evening and received our mattress the following Wednesday. Perfect fit as per our measurements and great quality.

Discovered this business whilst Google searching "replacement mattress for crib". I have a unusual size crib and I liked the fact you could customise the mattress. Delivery was super quick and I have just unpacked it and I'm chuffed to pieces! Would order again of necessary in the future.

Avoid, dangerous mattresses. I purchased a mattress for a Nuna Arie travel cot. It was far too short for the cot and left a gap of about 6cm between the cot and the mattress. Enough for my baby to jam her head in a potentially suffocate.

BabyMattressOnline kept denying it was too small even after photo evidence.

The Nuna mattress is very thin like a piece of cardboard, and does not go to the edge of the cot, this isn’t an issue, except for not being comfortable. However, the mattress from these guys is thick, this thickness creates a gully between the mattress side and the cot as it too doesn't go to the side.

BabyMattressOnline do not test their mattresses out, they simply ask the cot manufacture what size mattress they use and, as explained this doesn’t always work. (as aside, they weren’t even using the right measurements from Nuna, they were a few centimeters short which compounded the issue).

I was shocked at the stodgy response from them when I pointed out this hazard out, they mainly wanted to keep arguing that they can’t refund me (which they eventually did). I didn’t really care if they refunded me or not, I was pushing them to do a product recall as there must be hundreds of these dangerous mattresses out there, I really hope a baby doesn’t get their face stuck in these gullies and suffocate.

Message to BabyMattressOnline: I’m glad to see you have stopped selling this mattress for now. I’ll happily remove this review if you can show me that you’ve done a product recall (by contacting buyers and not just posting an obscure message on your website) and physically checked that the rest of your travel mattresses are safe. I’m not trying to be mean, I don’t think you’re bad people, but this is the only way I can think of getting you to do the right thing, a product recall. (well, this and asking trading standards to look into it).
