I sent the team two measurements of mattresses, given one wasn't a simple shape they asked me to post them a paper template.

The mattresses arrives a couple of days ago and we're really pleased. The fit is absolutely perfect and the mattresses feel nice and firm.

We also ordered some accompanying fitted sheets, given the bespoke size of the mattresses we did wonder if the sheets would be a standard size but we were very happy to see that these were also a lovely fit.

I needed a bespoke mattress for our grandson on the boat together with sheets. I put in the order and when I received it, was very impressed with the quality of the mattress and the sheets. If you need a bespoke size or even a standard size I would thoroughly recommend this company. An absolute joy to deal with.

We recently ordered a replacement mattress for our silvercross pram for our new Grandson, and could not be happier with the product. Made to high standards and exactly to the specification we needed. Ordered a Tutti Bambini Cozee, 805 x 510 x 50 mm mattress and I could not be happier! This mattress is so much better than the original and fits perfectly. I ordered it on the evening of a BH Monday and received it on the Friday. Also I thought the price was good as long as you don’t get carried away with the add ons. I will be getting a second hand cot and will definitely use again.

Ordered a new mattress for a Maxi-Cosi Iora after hearing great things. It has arrived today and is at least 2cm too wide and so bunches up at the sides making it likely more unsafe than using the old mattress we already have. Waste of money. Dispatch and delivery times were good but unfortunately product itself is no use.

Email recieved from company stating the correct sizing was sent - unfortunately not for my version of the Iora which is only a year old. It did state on website older models come up small but as mine is relatively new I didn't realise I would have to measure. Offered 10% off next purchase as a goodwill but unfortunately I'm not confident in getting the correct mattress again and don't want to fork out more money unnecessarily.

Customer service was speedy and polite but left feeling pretty meh

We required a made to measure mattress for an old cot to be picked up during a trip to the UK over Easter. Although we gave 2 weeks notice, the mattress was despatched the next day and exactly as specified. Well done!

Bought a new mattress for a ‘Chicco Next to Me Dream’ bedside cot we were gifted by friends. It arrived within a week, fits perfectly and is much better quality than the original mattress that came with the crib. Over the moon with it. Highly recommend the Bamboo mattress cover - it’s lovely!

This is our second order from this company. The first set of mattresses were well made, good quality, and fitted our requested specifications and dimensions. This time, I asked for an urgent delivery (following the instructions given when I placed my order) and indeed, the order arrived within three days rather than the 7-10 days given as their standard delivery. I needed a new mattress for my silver cross coach pram that i purchased second hand, and i needed a new mattress. I found this website online and was nervous filling the form in as i worried i would get something wrong, but I filled it in and measured where needed , i went for the hinged mattress and deluxe quilted ,with ventilation holes, foam only, and a fitted cotton sheet with it. It wasnt a bad price at all and i also sent an email asking for the urgent request as my baby is due anytime now and I thought it may come faster, and it did , it was here within a few days and fits perfectly and i am very happy with my purchase.

I e-mailed them and they amended the order immediately. The pram mattress was an unusual shape and they were happy to accommodate this. Absolutely thrilled with this service.
I recently acquired a vintage bassinet and was in need of a custom sized mattress. I was nervous about measuring but I submitted exact measurements and it fits so snugly and the organic cotton lining feels lovely. I ordered the 5cm depth and a fitted sheet all for around £43 mark. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Oh and it arrived in days! Superb.

I placed an order for a custom mattress for our travel cot. The company came back to me to query the sizing I had given and advised it may risk the health of the baby as my sizes went against the British Standards. After discussion it seemed we did not need a mattress for the travel cot at all and the company were happy to cancel and refund my order. For a company to give this level of service I think is brilliant, well recommended.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with the mattress we have received, the prices are fantastic and customer service swift, we ordered a custom made bedside crib mattress as we struggled to find the right measurements anywhere else, it was ordered on the Monday and it came on the Wednesday! The material is good quality too. now we are ready for our baby!
