I emailed first and spoke to Holly who was lovely and helped me out. I'd ordered from elsewhere and the product wasn't suitable so was feeling the crunch time before baby is due so with Holly's help I was able to get this marked as urgent - it arrived a week later to the day which is an amazing turnaround for a custom sized mattress, it fits perfectly and has put this first time mam's mind at ease knowing there's somewhere safe for baby to sleep all ready for her arrival. Product looks very well made and feels great to the touch. Can't thank you all enough from customer service to the makers :)

This is my second order from this company. My first purchase was a baby mattress, and it was fantastic – my little one sleeps so well on it! Recently, I ordered two more mattresses for my 8-9 year old children, and they are also very happy with them.

I left it to the last minute to order a mattress aneas panicking. I phoned and explained and from order to delivery it took 7 days. Absolutely delighted.

A well designed website showing clear order options. But the EXCEPTIONAL part is the fact that they were able to deliver the mattress in just a few days so my daughter’s and grandson’s repatriation from Dubai was made seamless and comfortable..

Unreliable, unprofessional and overall poor customer service.

I ordered a baby mattress along with several extras costing over £80 on the 02/02/26, for some reason the website kept crashing. I eventually had to call on the 03/02/26 to pay with an advisor, which was easy enough, and I saw the payment go through.

Fast forward to 22/02/26, my baby has since been born, and no mattress. I email the company to chase it, noting their policy of speeding things up if need be.

They accuse me of having never paid for the mattress! I send screenshots of the payment coming out of my bank and they quickly backpedal but do not apologise for their accusation. Turns out due to either system error or incompetency they never processed my order and simply took my money! Had I never contacted them they would never have started making the mattress.

Baring in mind my baby at this point is already here! And I had ordered it well before my due date. They fob me off with insulting offers of a £6.50 refund of postage and that they’ll send it out asap. They keep saying it’s a “goodwill gesture” and when I correct them and say actually this is due to your mistake, they simply tell me there’s nothing more they can do, and I receive blunt passive aggressive responses. The customer service I’ve received is shocking, I would never use this company again, especially after their unwillingness to make me feel as if they’re genuinely remorseful.

Getting a baby mattress is so important, it’s worth looking elsewhere for a more reputable and reliable company.

Amazing experience and great service from baby mattresses online. We were looking for a replacement mattress for our Mokee Wool Nest that we purchased 10 years ago! No one seemed to have the right shape / fit and after several attempts at various sites I came across this retailer. Really good service, helpful communication via email and fast delivery ( upon request). The new mattress was priced really well and fits our older moses basket perfectly! Would highly recommend!

We struggled to find a cost-effective replacement mattress for our Moses basket (Mokee Wool Nest) that wasn’t almost the cost of a new one. Our baby had already arrived when we found baby mattresses online and so needed the mattress ASAP. Upon ordering I was informed it may be a 10-14 day lead time but to reach out if it was urgent. I did so, and the company got the mattress produced and delivered in 2 days! Amazing customer service and seemingly excellent quality mattress so far. Would definitely recommend to others.

Mattress didnt fit. Still making me jump through hoops for a refund despite sending pictures.
Have to say even if the mattress did fit.. it feel cheap and too soft for use anyway.

Fantastic customer service: I needed a travel cot mattress delivered quickly, I checked by phone that they could deliver it in time and they provided a brilliant service. The custom made mattress is excellent quality. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I've bought baby mattresses from this company. Purchased a folding mattress for the travel cot so it will be more comfortable for the baby when we go on holiday or baby staying at grandparents. Gave the dimensions and selected the specifications I wanted. Arrived within 10 days. It fits the travel cot perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a matress only 10 days before Christmas on the understanding that I was too late for delivery before Christmas . However I was amazed that it was then delivered on 20th December so was very happy . The matress looks great and fits perfectly.

I've bought 2 mattresses from this company and I couldn't be happier. My latest purchase was a very last minute request and so was marked urgent, but I really didn't think I would get it on time. I came across the company while looking for a replacement mattress for our snuzpod and icandy pram. The selection of types of mattress and prices attracted me to using the company. They have been brilliant with customer service. They accelerated my order as my due date was the same month. Really happy. Fully recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company due to their poorly educated customer advisor. When I reached out regarding an issue with a product, I was met with rigid policies and a complete lack of willingness to help. The advisor repeatedly emphasized their "no returns policy" rather than genuinely addressing my concern or offering a reasonable solution.

Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the advisor displayed a dismissive attitude and seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than resolving the issue. It was clear they lacked both customer service skills and an understanding of basic customer care. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I will not be purchasing from this company again and will advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. They have a clear desire to just take your money, waste your time and offer no assistance after that.
