The car mats themselves are very well made.
The reason for giving it 3 stars were due to the fact that:
1. The wrong set of mats were sent to me.
2. Their reply to my emails took almost 2 weeks.
3. I eventually received the correct mats free of charge, they fit very well. But it took over a month to receive them due to the facts above.
If the original mats sent to me were the correct ones I would have rated 5 stars…

The hat I bought was absolute garbage
I purchased new floor mats for my 2004 BMW z4. They could not have been any better! They were excellent. I’d highly recommend!

Disappointing experience
On January 14, 2024, the car mats I ordered with ordered #1441 arrived at customs with a one-month delay and got stuck there. I then asked for the order to be canceled and refunded. They asked me for a refund fee three times the amount I had paid. A complete disappointment, I did not receive the product and the 215 euros I paid were burned, I was not informed enough, so I will never buy from this site again.

Initially, there was an issue with the delivery address you provided, which resulted in the shipment being returned to us by FedEx. We promptly reached out to you to rectify this issue and reship the item with the corrected address.
However, upon arrival at Turkish customs, it seems there was a request for customs fees in accordance with local regulations. We understand that unexpected fees can be inconvenient, but unfortunately, they are beyond our control as they are imposed by the customs authorities of your country.

Not a good fit compared to the oem ones…
Not a good fit compared to the oem ones that came with my car. Not sure where they got the pattern from.
The snaps were the wrong model. However, they shipped the correct ones which I got 3 weeks later. Last, the holes for the snaps were not in the correct location. I has to recut the holes in the matt. Outside edging looks nice. But I would not recommend buying from this company again.
Update: The new clips that were sent do not fit. So now I have nothing! I would like a refund.
