Product never received

Never received floor mats. Tried contacting Autowin many times via email, phone, and their website, no response. I filed a claim with FedEx, FedEx would only reimburse Autowin since they are the ones that contracted FedEx, so trying to get my product reshipped or my money back. Finally had to file a claim with my credit card company. Crazy you can’t get a response from Autowin.

Update: I did hear back from Autowin and they are remaking my floor mats. Upgrading rating to 3 stars, will update again once I receive.

I ordered a set of car mats from…

I ordered a set of car mats from AutoWin. On their website it clearly states that the price includes taxes. However, when the package was delivered via FedEx, I was required to pay an additional €108 in import duties and taxes before I could receive it.
After contacting customer service several times, I kept receiving the same response: that I should try to claim the money back from customs myself. I find this very strange. If a mistake was made with a code or shipping declaration, that is not the customer’s responsibility. I have no influence over that.
It does not seem reasonable that I first have to pay extra and then try to recover the money myself from a government authority. I expect a company to resolve these kinds of issues themselves instead of placing the burden on the customer.

As soon as we received your message regarding the additional charges, we immediately contacted FedEx to investigate the issue. We worked directly with their team to understand why import duties were requested on your shipment.

According to FedEx, the shipment was sent from one EU country to another EU country. In such cases, there should normally be no import duties or additional VAT, as these shipments move freely within the EU. This indicates that the charge was caused by an internal error in the FedEx or customs processing system, and not by the product price, our store policy, or the way the order was placed on our website.

FedEx also confirmed that because the payment was made directly to customs through the carrier, the refund process must be requested by the recipient (the customer) with the local customs authority. Unfortunately, as the shipper, we are not able to contact your country’s customs office or request the refund on your behalf, since the payment was made directly under the recipient’s name.

For this reason, we advised contacting customs to request the refund, as they are the authority that can return the incorrectly charged amount. From our side, we were actively communicating with FedEx to clarify the situation and ensure the shipment itself was correctly declared.

We completely understand that this process can be frustrating, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused by this unexpected system error. If you still need any documentation from our side to help with the customs refund request, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Wish zero stars was a option

The quality is rubbish, the shipping costs extortionate, the after sales services is beyond sub par.
Better off going to your local auto shop and buying the cheapest ones they have cause the quality will be the same and they will be 1/10th of the price if not less.

We only supply high-quality products and we take shipping costs and after-sales support seriously, so we’d genuinely like to investigate this properly. If you did order from us, please reply with your order number or the email used at checkout (or even a screenshot of your order confirmation), and we’ll look into it right away. Ghosted me when there's issue

I got the floor mat, but the stitching on the binding is extremely sloppy, unevenness everywhere, and I requested orange stitching, but the orange stitching ended up on the BACK side, and can't see any orange at all from the top. And I emailed several times to get in touch about the problem, NO FREAKING RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Worst customer support ever or just company policy to ignore anyone with any issue?

2/27/26 update - So, they took the time to reply to my review here, but again, did NOTHING still when I email them on 2/18! STILL NO FREAKING RESPONSE! They only wanted to make it seem like they care here!

I’m really sorry about this — that’s not acceptable.

If the stitching is sloppy and the requested orange stitching ended up on the underside, then the mat clearly isn’t as ordered. And not getting any reply after emailing multiple times is especially frustrating.

We want to sort this out properly. Please send us your order number (or the email used at checkout) and, if possible, a couple of photos showing the stitching/binding and the top vs. underside. As soon as we have that, we’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund.

Its NOT perfect

The quality seems good but I bought 4 sets and tried only one in my car RR Ghost and the mats are small. Side by side on the stock mats, they are clearly smaller and looks strange. I have not tried the other three sets yet for the RR Phantom, Porsche 996 Turbo S and Maserati .. I am hoping they fit better.

I tried the second set for the RR Phantom, not a perfect fit but the quality is good and its better than the Ghost. My star review remains the same as these are very expensive mats and the sizing and fitting must be better.

My product did not fit as described. I’ve reached out to them multiple times through emails. I got two replies and then they stopped replying to me.
I was just trying to resolve my issue and they have ignored me

Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que le tapis reçu n’est pas conforme à la description, notamment l’absence des attaches spécifiques au modèle alors qu’elles apparaissent sur le descriptif et les photos. Ce n’est pas normal.

Pour que nous puissions vérifier et résoudre ça rapidement, pouvez-vous nous envoyer :

votre numéro de commande (ou l’e-mail utilisé lors de l’achat),

le modèle exact du véhicule,

des photos du tapis reçu (et des attaches manquantes), ainsi qu’une capture du descriptif/visuels où elles sont indiquées.

Dès réception, nous vous proposerons une solution (échange avec un tapis conforme ou remboursement).

Bad fitment for Lamborghini floormats

I ordered Lamborghini floormats from Autowin and they arrived in great condition, however the fitment was not correct. The top of the floormat was too long and can get stuck behind the brake pedal (safety issue). I emailed Autowin support within 5 days of receiving the product, and they replied, but refused to provide a return shipping address for refund. I sent pictures and explained that fitment was not correct as advertised ("Perfect Fit Guaranteed") and now they are no longer replying (have ghosted me). I'm very disappointed as I have $300+ floormats that I cannot use, and Autowin is not standing behind their product. This is bad business, and I will not order from them again.

Very nice quality Ferrari SF90 mats

Very nice quality Ferrari SF90 mats. I had purchased some for my 296GTB prior. The SF90 mats are very nicely made with proper fasteners. They do not contour as well as factory mats but overall excellent quality and very happy.
