The mats fit perfectly are amazing and very high quality. They are a bit pricey but worth it and shipping does take a bit but they are the nicest mats I have found and have mats for hard to find vehicles like Mclaren

Ordered mats for my Ferrari 812GTS they came the wrong size, the studs didn't line up, sent them the correct sizes, still awaiting the mats, they haven't replied to my last emails, very poor communication, waste of over £300 a poor company to deal with.

Doesn't fit as good as it should.
Good looking mats, but doesn't fit very well. After snapped in F8 spider, there is a gap on one side and tight on the other. Considering the cost of the item, it should be improved.

I purchased mats for my Ferrari 296 GTS…
I purchased mats for my Ferrari 296 GTS and complained about their fit upon receiving. They would not allow me to return. After 2 months the Velcro came off because of the poor fit and Autowin would not warranty other than send me replacement Velcro, which they never sent.
The following are more details:
I purchased mats from Auto Win for my 2025 Ferrari GTS from you. When I installed them they did not fit well. Although the shape is similar, the mats on a 296 need be accurate otherwise they stick up. I contacted them by email on February 21. Their team contacted me and was told I could not return the mats, so I used them.
On September 16th I contacted their team again and told them the mats would move and it caused the Velcro to pull off the mats. I sent pictures. Auto Win team member named Ilona, told me in a email the following:
“Hello, Please note that the mats used for such a period of time can unfortunately no longer be returned, and the warranty is no longer applicable.”
She then told me she could send me new Velcro fasteners. I responded by requesting that the fasteners be sent to me. After not receiving the new fasteners, I purchased new mats from a competitor.

The nicest mats I could find fit great a not a bad price considering how nice they are. Had a customs delay and they were right on it getting it resolved. I would recommend and definitely by again

Air-Condition is not working
Bad communication, customer services is only "whatapp". I have received my Order 2012, Kia Mohave which Air-condition is not working but when they were advertising that air-condition was working and when I received the car, it not working.
