I found another agent Yujin Trade is the name , they are responsive allmost around the clock and very reliable. Highly recommrnded and safe to do business with.
If you are looking to buy your vehicle at Autowini, make sure that what you see in the photos in kilometers is really what they are selling you. I had 4 purchases with them and 2 bad experiences with vehicles that after investigating are not what they appear to be. They sell you vehicles based on photos and you assume that the car is fine and it is sad to receive a vehicle that you believe low km and has not run at all and you look for a VIN report for vehicles that they have that exceed 300,000 km. Look closely also at the windshields, they don't report it as damage either, and when you receive the car, this comes as a surprise.
For autowini . I bought the car and the car had some problems worth €3,000. They took no responsibility and I have all the facts.
Never buy cars from AUTOWINI!!!
I deeply regretted buying from this company. The car arrived after 3 accidents, damage all around ALL body parts. The website stated that the car was not painted, it turned out to be a scam. The body repair was done very poorly, there were different gaps between parts everywhere, the entire interior was splattered with paint. The mileage when connected to the electronic unit turned out to be incorrect. All their cars were after an accident and with the mileage rolled back. The real mileage is 4-5 times more than in the photos. The car arrived incomplete, there was no trunk curtain, spare wheel.

They do not guarantee a time frame for shipping your car. So essentially they may not ship or find a vessel for months and there is nothing you can do but wait till you grow a beard.
I bought a car online from mywini in august. Paid via bank transfer. Since I paid no update on my car. The Nobody is reachable on the phone number on the site. I have sent more than 20 emails in the last 4 weeks without getting any reply. The agent on the whatsup only communicated to me till they got my payment. There are many reviews online where people never got their car after paying. I wonder if the agents on the site are real people. And if this company is so trustful why they cannot be reached via phone or email. My bank has already started the investigation on the company. Beware before You buy.
