Amazing Service and Speedy Outcome
Before I used ANCC I reviewed other providers of police checks and went with my gut with ANCC .......... And I am so glad I did !!!!!!!!!! Within hours of submitting my police report I had it in my inbox ready to rock n roll. Very streamlined and efficient service.

Thank you for the feedback.
The requirement to upload a self photo (selfie) whilst holding a unique identifier (unique number) is used as part of the process to establish an applicant's linkage with the claimed identity documents, as well as to establish liveness during the application form to ensure the applicant is present during their application form. These are in line with federal government guidelines, in the interests of community safety.

Sorry to hear you did not have good experience with the service. The items stipulated on the application form are a federal government requirement in order for an applicant to successfully obtain a nationally coordinated criminal history check.
