Jane is a great teacher. She does teach different to other teachers but everyone loved her way more! We understood the content better and got through more work in our class today.

Entry Education started off strong, but failed in the end
Entry Education offered very competitive pricing for the course I wanted to study, and the flexible payment options were definitely a positive. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended for me.
Assessment marking times were extremely slow, often taking a month or more to receive feedback. On top of that, assessments required 100% accuracy to pass, meaning even minor issues resulted in having to resubmit work. This became quite frustrating, especially given the long turnaround times.
Another issue was the inconsistency in marking, as different assessors appeared to mark assessments differently, which made expectations unclear at times.
I had hoped for a much better experience and wish I could have rated higher. Unfortunately, I would not choose to study with this RTO again and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

Promised refund but never delivered
Bryan from their support team offered a 90% refund after I pointed out to them that their refund policy/cooling-off period was not readily available to me upon purchase. I had not used their course at all. It's now been 4 weeks after agreeing to their refund offer and I have not received my refund, nor any other communication from them. This is a clear breach to a previously agreed resolution. I will be reporting them to the relevant consumer protection agencies as this is inappropriate conduct.

Thanks for your review and for providing your feedback. I’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.
A 90% refund was approved for you as a gesture of goodwill, which remains in place. However, due to the dispute which was submitted to the payment institution for the full amount, this has placed the funds under review with your bank and prevented us from processing the refund directly while the dispute is active.
We have followed the banks process on multiple occasions and are currently awaiting their outcome. This is outside of our control. As soon as the funds are released, the refund will be finalised immediately. Alternatively, if the dispute is withdrawn on your end, we can process the refund without further delay. Approved refunds are not withheld on our end.
We’re more than happy to resolve this with you directly and encourage you to get in touch so we can bring this to a close as quickly as possible.

My experience with Entry Education was first class all the way.
My experience with Entry Education was great right from the word "go". Throughout the course, I felt supported and was able to work at my own pace. Online learning is great for busy people juggling work and family commitments.
