Rob helped us as short notice with an asbestos survey & a report followed promptly a few days later. Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Rob was great from the outset. Explaining in layman’s terms what the types of surveys are and advised what our building contractor and pension provider would require in order to commence work.

Rob found asbestos sheets and door lining in a large cupboard which used to house a warm air boiler. He arrived on time today and meticulously removed all the asbestos and vacuumed the whole cupboard. A very pleasant man who I highly recommend.

The service received from Asbestos 1 was great from first contact. Rob responded to a call late in the evening and then called me back the following day. He was prompt at attending the address, conducting a survey and the results were back in just over 24 hours. Rob felt that there was no asbestos but we wanted the test to confirm. Ashwell Village Hall is a public building and it is important that the building is well maintained. This includes Health and Safety checks.
We asked Rob if he could check the building over for Asbestos. We were very please with how quickly Rob was able to attend site and to carry out the survey. Rob also went out of his way to make sure that we had little interruption to the day to day running of the building.
