Have been absolutely fantastic, luckily they were able to fit in sampling last minute and this has ensured i was able to commit to existing timelines on works.

Communication and response time from the start to handing over of results was very quick and i couldn't ask for a better experience.

I will be using Asbestos1 again, hopefully with a lot more notice.

When I needed asbestos removed, I Googled & randomly selected Asbestos 1. Rob was brilliant from the start, he arranged an inspection, explained what /how he and his colleague would remove the asbestos and directed me to the companies that carry out the air test to issue a clearance certificate. Such is his commtment that he made a follow up call to check that the process was successfully completed. I can't thank him enough.

I cannot thank Robert enough for his time and patience. I called Asbestos1 at 9.50pm (yes pm) yesterday in a panic because I had cleared some fly tipping from Oughtenhead, Hitchin, that had spooked my horse. On piling it all into my car and sending a picture to my husband (of my good deed), he informed me it was likely Asbestos, so I now panicked. After lots og Google searching I found Asbestos1 online and Robert kindly calmed me down, advised me what to do and within less than 24hrs he'd dropped disposal bags to me and advised next action and collection.

Excellent service. Rob took the time to talk us through the process before it began, then attended the Property to carry out his investigations. All the time making sure we understood the process and next steps. His report was sent very soon after and he made himself available to talk through any further questions we had. Friendly and knowledgeable would highly recommend.

Excellent service, responded quickly to request for removal of asbestos sheets from garage roof. Left place clean and tidy and provided a disposal certificate the next day. Friendly first class service, highly recommend.

Had a very small amount of boarding that needed checking before some work in a small utility cupboard. Spoke to Rob on the phone and he discussed the process and the possible costs of future work in a best case and worst case scenario. Rob came over and took a sample and secured the boarding before leaving, leaving it more secure to how it was before he arrived I must add.

Results arrived the very next day (Christmas Eve!) which featured a comprehensive and well explained assessment of the sample as well as the recommendations of next steps for management. Rob was happy to elaborate further when needed as well.

Very happy with the service and will continue to go through Asbestos1 for any future assessments or management.
