I ve used the machine almost 3 years now, initially bought after my second baby. So Glad to have it as I now use it for many things, cooking, drinking, for the kids, having to filter water healtier and more faster saved me so much time from buying box of water and I now have more space. Very bad customer service, if you live outside London, don’t buy any product from them because they don’t care even your water filter is in still guarantee

I commented yesterday mentioning that the company is giving me hard time to fix the leakage problem in the machine because I live outside the London. They called me and said that their boss Mehmet saw my 1 star comment so if I will not remove it, they will delay to serve me. Therefore I had to remove it to be able to get the service and someone came today and fixed the problem but this threatening shows that this company management is terrible and all those comments are not real. Instead of gaining customers with satisfaction, they are loosing them by bad management. I would highly not recommend.
