Artistic Spaces Anmeldelser

This company are awful landlords. They are completely unresponsive to multiple emails about poor building maintenance at their Anerley Works space. We pay for maintenance services that are not rendered and then they do not have the professionalism or decency to respond to many, many emails.

- We have been asking for repairs since January 2024 to the toilets in our building (its is now December 2025) that include broken sinks, peeling and mouldy walls, broken door mechanisms.
- The toilets are never cleaned unless renters step up and clean them - for the whole building. They are filthy, bins overflowing, and toilet roll often running out.
- No suitable communal bins are provided for multiple businesses. For a time there were two big bins, no recycling, and this has been replaced with one skip that has been full and surrounded by overflow for weeks now. Emails have been sent requesting bin collections or new bins to be supplied, all ignored.

The businesses at Anerley Works are at their wits end with this company.

I was a tenant at artistic spaces for 2 years in the Paynes Wharf location, and personally I had a great and easy experience in AS.

The team were lovely with me, never had any issues with them directly and when I had a leak it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I truly am only leaving because I found a place that works abit better for my services but I would be more then open to renting off of them in the future and couldn’t recommend them more if it’s within your price range.

I would be abit more skeptical of the reviews as I do feel I heard a lot of complaints in my building but the issues aren’t directly AS issues. We are all adults renting the spaces so I feel like toilets and stuff should be upheld to a certain standard which in my opinion isn’t met but that’s a tenant issue in my opinion because if we left the space how we would like the space to be this wouldn’t be an issue.

Only thing I would also just recommend being mindful of is Business rates as I didn’t actually need to pay them but just be aware of this when Inquiring about a move in. But I would overall say if you ask all the relevant questions and cooperate with all the rules you will have no problems renting with artistic spaces.

For those who have said about the deposit not being returned I will have to update my review about this going forward as I have 40 business days until I should be concerned about them not returning but I will be back to give my honest feedback.

I cannot recommend how helpful Glody Blessing of Artistic Spaces has been helping me acquire a new studio space.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 on every level.
Glody and his team have been so very professionally every step of the way.
I cannot recommend Artistic Spaces and Glody Blessing and his excellent team enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We’ve had an excellent experience at Artistic Studios, and a big part of that is thanks to Glody, our building manager. He’s always available, incredibly responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond even outside of regular hours to help, reassure, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Glody is a key reason why we chose to stay and expand into additional units. He’s been a constant source of support and a real asset to both the building and the wider Artistic Studios team.

And to top it off… he’s an Arsenal fan! It doesn’t get any better.

Highly recommended!

Fantastic Landlord – Highly Recommend!
I've had an amazing experience renting from this landlord. They're responsive, respectful, and always quick to address any issues. The property was well-maintained, and communication was always clear and professional. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their tenants – I feel lucky to have had such a smooth and pleasant renting experience!

Great space in a perfect location for my business. Always helpful and excellent communication.
Keep up the good work.

I rented the studio for an event and had a fantastic experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the team was smooth and helpful throughout the process.

They were kind enough to allow me early access for setup the day before and also let me leave a few boxes for DPD pickup after the event, which was a big help. Everything went really well, and I’d definitely recommend this space to others.

Thank you again for the great support!

Amazing space for photo and video shoots! Great lighting, clean setup, and super easy to work with the host. Everything was smooth and professional—highly recommend and will definitely book again!

While renting out one of their spaces i was treated with nothing but kindness from their whole team.
The management were very professional and Curtis with all my requests.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a space like this.

Great time and experience in one of their studios, definitely recommended

Amazing experience with Artistic Spaces!
I’ve had a great overall experience with Artistic Spaces. The team is professional, responsive, and really understands the needs of creatives. The spaces are well-maintained, clean, and perfect for working, creating, or collaborating. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and inspiring environment to work in. Five stars all the way!

I run a small music production company and rent office space from Artistic Spaces. The pricing and value are exceptional. I give them a 5-out-of-5 rating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent workspace.

Very helpful team and managed to get me a viewing next day. Going to look at the alternative space they have in Hackney before making a final decision. So far the team and Chaz especially have been very helpful.

Hooligan tenants taking drugs and swearing at 1am!! This is a family residence and we are all afraid due to the music studio. Artistic spaces do nothing!! Horrible people

They have been very supportive of us through our first year at their wonderful studios. The building at Paynes Wharf is incredible and am very happy to have set foot here.

Very professional and responsive. The spaces are clean and secure, and the management has been a pleasure to interact with. Would recommend.

Lovely building
Great support from the building managers

The artistic spaces team were really helpful to me to find a studio to launch my business.
All bills are included which is great and affordable prices.
Very modern and minimal interior which I love and all my clients also.
My studio located at Stones Studios-Artistic spaces and is 2 minutes from Hackney Wick Overground station.
Great location.
I would recommend to have a view for anyone looking for a studio.

Great experience becoming a tenant at Paynes Wharf. Super helpful team and great spaces!

I have been renting a unit for nearly a year. It is a clean and welcoming space, which will project a professional image to my customers when they visit.
