I have bought several products from Articture and love their style and customer service. Recently a product got broken in shipping and after my email they swiftly shipped me a new product .

Articture has a wide selection of furniture choices and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

This website is a scam and the customer service is terrible. I can’t believe that such level of callousness and unprofessionalism still exists with online shopping. My order is over a 45 days late. No matter what emails I sent, I got automated replies. Finally, I asked for a refund and they immediately sent another automated reply saying “Sorry, your product has not been shipped - no refund possible unless you wait for the product”.

So now I have no option to wait for an additional 20 days for product that may or may not turn up. Articture is a scam website and I can’t believe that they can’t legally be shut down. I am deeply disappointed.

This is a top notch provider of luxury goods. You will not be disappointed. I’ve had their dining kits for a number of years now and they have stood the test of time. Any product can look beautiful when it’s brand new, but to look incredible even after years of aggressive use is a testament to their commitment to quality.

I’ve since bought a number of lighting fixtures, bedding, and art. I have yet to be let down. Each purchase adds another element of luxury style living at a fraction of the cost of competing sellers. There are not enough stars available to give Articture what it deserves.

Amazing products and quality, very friendly customer service team and fast delivery times. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for high end products with reasonable prices.

Best charging lamp out there! I use it everyday and I have never had any issues with it.

I bought this speaker above for $575.21 on May 31, 2022.
After one week, I inquired about my order and they said it would ship in 1-3 Days.
Today is July 19, 2022 almost two months no response to enquiries no speakers.
Please ignore the 5Stars this company sources replica's and fake products from Ali-Express in China and sells at ridiculous prices
The same speakers are sold on Amazon for half the price.
This online scam is being run by two men - Ibrahim Hyder and AJ Nadeem
Please buyer beware.
I have commenced an investigation with the Federal Trade Commission and this fake online company must be brought to Justice
They have messed with the wrong person. The $575.21 that I paid too them they would regret collecting it!

ALLLLLLLLL the negative reviews are 100% true. I think there is one guy name ASJAD running this scam out of his garage or something. Just ridiculous experience. Sent out damaged, sub-standard set of dish set, then sends out a replacement set just like the first - no quality control - no one looking at items before they put them in the box. Sent out dishware with no insignias on the bottoms - obvious they are getting these off the streets and repackaging them in their own foam and boxes and marking up. Then I order silverware in one color, and they send another color, and they can’t locate the color I ordered - like, this ASJAD can’t find his own products. More like they can’t find any more to get from another company and repackage. NIGHTMARE. They’re just lucky they sent fedex labels and promptly posted that refund. I WISH I could post photos of the crap they sent.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 paintings to go together. Was told one wasn’t in stock (even thought it’s on the website). Was offer a replacement which didn’t match. I declined. I was then told it’s in a different warehouse so if I could pay additional $75 they would ship it to me. I said no, I have already paid. Then they cancelled my order but refused to cancel the matching piece ordered. Even now, the item is still listed available online and says it’s ships free!

Terrible awful customer service on defective product. I wish I could give 0 stars. I received a broken salt lamp that was $189.00. It had leaked all of the package and the salt dislodged. The lamp is very cheaply made. I contacted them and was required to send videos of the broken product. They offered me a 35% refund of the original payment or a replacement lamp. Which I do not want now that I have seen the quality. I have filed a complaint with BBB and noticed that this is a typical response from this company. They will not budge in their offer to me of a replacement lamp or $56 of $189!!!! I am appalled. Beware of this company.

You can get any of their products elsewhere; they're just a distribution house with an abysmal return policy. They'll give you the run-around on returns, EVEN if you have a faulty product (as I did) and will STILL charge you a 5% restocking fee AND won't refund you 100% of the charges (they take an additional 5%). They're AWFUL!!!

I wish I have read the reviews about this SCAM before purchasing from them.
It's been 5 months since I ordered two lamps, one came faulty, second never arrived as it has been sent to the wrong address. Im still fighting to be refunded as the replies to my emails, are as they never read them, a what they do trying to brush you off. Stay away as you will just loose money and your time. It should be reported to the authorities!!!

I ordered a $400 floor lamp which arrived looking like it had been through the ringer and the product inside was scratched.

But, whatever, so I put it together with no help from some absolutely nonsensical instructions that came in the box.

Overall quality was not there for the price paid. I try to buy things that will last a decade and can be given to a new home. This is not one of those products.

When you turn it on the LEDs are eye-searingly bright. Like you cant look in the direction of the lamp which makes it kind of unusable as a living room floor lamp.

Feels like there was zero quality control or testing, the lamp probably has a landed cost to Articture of $20, and I feel like I was scammed.

Shockingly deceitful company! The pack of 12 "acoustic wall panels" I ordered arrived 120 days later (not 30-50 days as promised) and they were just cheap, plastic things that are worth a fraction of the $211 I paid for them. Exactly the same type of plastic panels are available for a few Dollars each elsewhere. I expect something much thicker and better quality - really shameful. Avoid!!!
