3 months later still waiting for a refund

This is my new favorite site. We've been finishing a basement/home theater and have been ordering all of our home decor from Articture.

Great quality products and the customer service is outstanding. Every email is not only answered immediately, it's been consistently from the same representative. My questions were answered, my exchanges were effortlessly processed and we'll definitely be purchasing more from this company.

I boughts so many items during the sale buy 1 get 1 free. Great design nd elegant. Great customer services too. Love it

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had to pay to have my return shipped back to them and they never processed my return. Never received any funds back. I was willing to replace my item for a different color, but no refund of any sort. Basically stole $$$ from me.

I agree with other posts, this company is a scam. I ordered and paid for a lamp at the beginning of the year. After numerous emails with their customer service team who tell me the lamp has shipped, the tracking number they provided states otherwise. I actually do not except to ever receive my lamp and it sounds as though to try to get your money back is difficult if not impossible.

Over-priced, low quality goods. Misleading power adapter options. Poor customer service and an unwillingness to process refunds.
Do not purchase from Artictire. Here's four reasons why they are fraudulent:

1. I purchased a lamp from Articture for $400 and was shocked when I read Articture's customs declaration that the item was worth only $30!
It looked like it was worth only $30 too - constructed of cheap plastic and low-quality finishings. Absolute rip-off.

2. I selected the AU power option, so I expected an AU plug. Instead they provided a US plug and a bulky adapter, which was completely impractical in our small apartment. I found their claim misleading.

3. I insisted on a refund, which they initially refused. I had to inform they why, according to Australian consumer law, I was entitled to a refund. They obliged, but I had to wait more than two months for them to process the refund. I think it was only when I initiated a chargeback with my credit card provider that they bothered to return my money to me.

4. Customer service was shocking. They would often take more than a week to reply to emails, especially when I requested a refund. I started to believe I would never see my money again.

Articture is a scam. They spam you with instagram ads to sell over-priced, low-quality goods. Do not purchase from them.

I bought a lamp from them which stopped working after 1 day. I asked to return or refund . Apparently I was told that I cannot return it but they can send a new lamp or give me 35 percent off on the broken one . This company is pure scam

I have been waiting for my noise cancelling panels for my office since October. I have been told it's on it's way. I've asked for a refund. There is no phone number. Buyer beware.

Unable to update tracking for postage. Constantly asked customer service and was met with “ I believe there is an error with the tracking provided! I have asked my warehouse to look into it and get and update ASAP!” For over 4 weeks back and forth. Waiting for full refund now. Not sure if they ever had the intent of fixing issue - felt like a scam.

Do yourself a favor, stay away from ordering from this company. I order a product in October 2021, and I have not received it (Jan 27th, 2022) I received a partial order and the quality is bad. The dishes are not the same as in the pictures and videos. Do NOT order from this place, you will regret.

Same story as the rest, I ordered a lamp, nothing came. Sent request for update and was informed they had somehow forgotten to ship and would do so, not at that time, but the following Monday night. I too was offered a 20% refund and yet nothing happened. I realized I had not heard anything a few days later and I formed I wanted a refund and with in 30 minutes a “shipping label” had been generated. However UPS indicates no product had been delivered to them the following day. I am now in dispute with my credit card. This company is a major scam. I would question those which glowing reviews, possibly inside reviews to buffer our negative.

Bought a picture. It was OK, looked a little different in 'real life' than the picture on their website. In retrospect, definitely not worth the nearly-£300 I paid. It came pretty quickly, within a few days. Could be much more responsive to emails/messages.

This is an absolute joke of a 'company'. Don't waste your time, total scam artists.

Made an order with them for a lamp, however having read their horrific reviews decided to attempt to cancel said order as it hadn't been shipped (1 week after the order).
When contacted to cancel the order, they ignored the request for cancellation & it was magically shipped immediately.
Upon arrival, imagine my surprise when the lamp didn't work. In addition to this, the invoice amount was $70 less than the amount they charged on the site. Fishy.
When contacted again, they offered a replacement product or, and I'm not joking, a 35% refund. I rejected both and after some back and forth they offered a 100% refund when I threatened a charge back on the payment. They are even yet to ask for the faulty product to be returned.
The only thing they appear able to do it respond to emails, and even then they ignore the most important parts of your enquiries.

Ordered the super cool Khonsu Clock but it was delivered severely damaged. Worked with Asjad and he helped get a replacement sent very quickly, he is a rockstar!

I purchased a Khonsu Clock Lamp and there was a problem with the hands. I contacted the company and Asjad (customer support) reviewed the issue I had. His open communication and support were excellent and the problem was fixed with a minimum of fuss and very short time frame. This company is a pleasure to deal with and I would purchase from them again.

I’ll be honest, I received a product that didn’t meet my expectations and since they were an overseas company (I’m from the UK and they are in North America) I had my doubts about getting a refund however, I had a very good line of communication with Asjad that stayed open throughout the return process and I was proved wrong. I didn’t pay a penny for the return and it was picked up from the delivery address so I all I had to do was repackage the item and that’s it therefore for this reason, I have to rate my experience with them highly.

I got scammed by this site, don't use it. I bought a painting of the size 75x75 the biggest one they had. I received my item and it is the smallest one they had 30x30.. I paid a lot of extra money for the 75x75. They don't respond to my emails they actually never have. So I don't think I will ever get my 75x75 painting.

Love my green Egyptian cotton duvet set. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service and prompt replacement after the first package was missing.

Avoid this site. It has many signs of being a scam.
I saw an item that I thought could be nice and added it to my cart. Once the item was in my cart the price changed from what was initially shown, 19$, to almost double, 37$. (no I didn't accidently add 2 of them) Guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice.
The site was also trying to hurry me into checking out saying that a promo code would expire soon.
Item descriptions are missing important details. For example a duvet cover says it's Egyptian cotton but doesn't give a thread count.
