We've ordered a few times from Articture, because they do have a funky line of products...we especially love their lamps. On my last order, we had a bit of an issue in terms of delivery delay, compounded by a residence move. I worked with AJ at their office, and he took very good care of me and found a solution, ensuring that my latest lamp was expedited to me. I'll definitely be buying from these folks again!~

I had a glitch with what I ordered - entirely my fault as my tech did not match the item I ordered and was therefore not compatible. Nevertheless customer service was quick to respond and as an act of good will gave me a part refund. Above and beyond what I would expect. The item is lovely as well and delivery was quick and well packaged. Gayle

Update: has an almost
2month delay in shipping out items we ordered. Communication and feedback loop to customer was poor. Our items finally arrived almost 3 months to the day though we had already given up and gotten another solution so it’s still not best service . Product was ok but all panels were overly curved and hard to work with

We purchased 2 element lights; worth over £500… they stopped working after few uses. Support Team is not able to offer us to fix them, nor replace them. It’s a huge disappointment, I would be careful with buying from this company!

My husband and I bought a lamp which has built-in chargers for our iPhones and I have to say it is likely the most beautiful charger we have ever owned! It is a unique, well-made piece that is in our dinning room and it is both eye catching but also classy. Multiple people have seen it and remarked with surprise that it’s also a charger (which I like because it’s functional but not obtrusive in terms of being a piece of technology as well). Really happy with our purchase !

the products are beautiful, the customer service is great, the company is absolutely correct in financial issues…the only 'complaint' is that shipment is slow but, that might not be their fault…thanks for being a reliable merchant...

I was pleased to receive the light fixture and found it to be of exceptional quality. Although I hesitated purchasing the lamps because of the high cost in shipping it to Canada, I have since received compliments from everyone that sees it.

Got 2 of these amazing speaker tables that also Charges smart phone. Stellar product all around- the sound is nice and crisp with deep base and clear treble. Everyone who walks into my house comments on it and are blown away when I turn it on. It also has the added advantage of being wireless so you Can move it around inside the house or take it anywhere you want for that matter. Love it and I highly recommend this speaker table.

The level of service is outstanding. They understand the customer and respond in ways to resolve issues and not distract. Website to chat, they make everything spectacular like their items. It’s the only place for me to find cool things at the right price.

I bought the moon lamp. I love it, but I couldn’t figure out how to put it together. I used the automated message system and they talked me through how to do it. btw, I LOVE this lamp!

Several months ago I purchased a gold and white dinnerware set, I was so surprised and happy with both the packaging and the product it was like a special little day for me!
I originally was going to gift it but kept it and I am so pleased with it I ordered the entire set!
Originally it looked too fancy to use every day, but it was like a Christmas gift to myself and spring! And I use it daily! The quick service, excellent craftsmanship and functional pieces were a wonderful present to myself. I even saved the boxes they came it they are so nice and well made. I want to personally thank your company and craftsman for an exquisite product!

I ordered a lovely set of dinnerware from Articture. My order arrived in a timely manner and was carefully packaged to avoid breakage. My dinnerware is sturdy, unique, and practical, and makes an absolutely beautiful table setting. It is durable enough for my everyday use and I get wonderful compliments on it when I entertain. I seldom write reviews for my online purchases, but I couldn't resist extolling the virtues of this wonderful little gem of a company that I just happened to stumble across on Facebook. I give Articture a big thumbs up and I look forward to doing business with them again. 👍

I enjoyed every item I purchased from Articture. They were made with okay quality. I enjoyed the lamp and lighting options they have and I have taken advantage of their online sales. Out of my 5 or so purchases, I have not returned a single item. However one of my lamps with the blue tooth option does not work anymore and I can't get product support for it.

I ordered a beautiful floral duvet and sham set. I'm absolutely in LOVE with it. It's nice quality Egyptian cotton, with a soft sheen. I keep finding little surprises in the print illustration on the set. It's so pretty for summer, and brings joy in the winter! Arrived quick, too. Thank you!

I have ordered a few different items from Articture and don’t agree with the bad reviews. We ordered the sound panels and were updated often on the shipping status. They came within the time frame quoted (it said it would take 60-90 days and came around the 80 day mark). I also ordered a couple of kitchen knives and they arrived very quickly and are the best knives! Sharp, evenly weighted and beautiful!

Articture’s home decor pieces r beautiful and instantly elevated the lol of our apartment! Definitely worth the investment as the pieces r high quality as well!
