I just received the last of my lighting order for our deck. I ordered the 11" solar lights to put around the deck and patio.
Waiting for my floor lamp named the "Signature outdoor Solar lamp". It came yesterday and I've never been so excited. It's adjustable, it has its own remote that turns off & on plus 3 dimming settings.
You don't need much more for light other than a few of these lamps. They can be used both inside and outside.
Your company has such a lovely variety to choose from that I don't know what to purchase next.
Perhaps a dining table light and walkway lights.
Thanks to your professional staff, especially Keith, for providing with such exceptional service.
I hope your company will have local presence in Northern California.

I ordered the Japanese down-filled lounge chair in June and shortly after, as I inquired about the delivery date, I received a text from the consumer support team. I was told the information I had been given about delivery when I ordered was incorrect. It would take at least 45 days for the chair to arrive. I was also given the option to cancel my order and get a refund but I decided “to go with it”. I grew a bit anxious as time passed and even wondered if the company truly existed. Having someone to reassure me on a consistent basis via text message was essential as I waited what seemed to be forever. A special thank you to that special team person for all the support and professionalism that kept me feeling encouraged. I have no regrets, the chair arrived and is exactly what I wanted - minimalist in style, sturdy and well made, comfy to sit on and relax- It’s perfect for my unusual setting. And I have used it daily and the cushion has held its shape. Thank you Articture for my “forever “chair and making me a happy customer!

I recently purchased Articture lights for around my yard and pool. They are so beautiful that all guests comment on them. Customer service has been very helpful. I was apprehensive to spend so much but everything else I tried I returned since it didn’t look so great. These lights make a statement and look amazing!

I called to report that one of the lamps I received did not have the wireless phone charger as described on the website. They immediately corrected the situation by shipping a replacement. First order with Articture. The duvet/sheet set I ordered was not the right color for me… Articture was quick to accept the return and refund my purchase price (minus a nominal fee, i think 2 points)
I’ll admit to being nervous about the return/refund bc it was not a simple form, click, print return label…. I actually had to call and email bc I was concerned about the return window. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about. I received a call back from a professional and courteous gentleman who handled my return and refund without issue. Definitely going to do more shopping bc the customer service was so great.

In this time of bogus companies selling garbage and not responding to complaints…. Articture was exactly what i needed: legit and ethical.

Order 2 landing lights. One is not working, so I called the company today. Spoke with a lovely gentleman, and without question. He is sending me a new light. I’ve order another item from them… actually 2 more orders. Great company & excellent customer service. Love their products.

Ordered two side tables and asked if they were in stock and if they would have European plugs. They confirmed they do and that is in stock. Delivery took endless. When it finally arrived, they only delivered one table, not two as I ordered and paid for and the plugs are American so I can't even use the wireless charging or lamps. The one table I did get is wobbly and seems to be made out of chipboard rather than walnut. Customer service hasn't responded to my emails and no one answered the phone when called... Seems to be a scam and other reviews are fake.

I bought a light fixture. It came with no instructions or a mounting plate. My electrician thought the narrow wire would not be enough to light the fixture without a transformer which didn’t come with it either. Also thought the wiring posed a fire hazard. Emailed to return it and I was told there would be a 5% restocking fee. I replied fine please send me the return address. It was never sent. Tried calling and the phone number doesn’t work. Total scam.

Update: I did dispute this through American Express and only specified the light fixture charge. AE reversed the while amount. After I filed the dispute I got an email with the return address. I shipped the fixture back through Fed Ex and called American Express and told them to reverse the charge for the whole amount including the cost of the tables.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product and customer service was excellent. They reviewed the order information and quickly resolved the issue by ordering the correct product and emailing the details. Great support!
