They delivered the wrong material
They delivered the wrong material. I contacted them and they said they would escalate this and I’ve never heard back from them two months later. Spent over 2k. Terrible customer service. Stay away.

Great product, great customer service
I ordered the colored spoons. They are beautiful and I have since ordered a second set.
The customer service was great. They responded within 48 hours and solved the problem.
Zero customer service + still no package.

Impossible to reach.
Their site claims a UPS label was created on January 17 and package will be delivered January 22.
It’s January 30 and nothing!!
I’ve left multiple messages!!
About a week ago I got a return call from “Q” who said my package would ship by end of last week.
UPS hasn’t picked up the package!
It’s incredible!!!! How do they get away with this?!?!
The chandelier arrived yesterday, February 12. No instructions were included and each “branch” needs to attach somehow to some other part. And there are fuses! What? I immediately emailed them for instructions, but haven’t heard back.
To be fair, I heard from “Q” once and “AJ” once, both were very nice. I also got an email that said it was tied up in customs (after I was told it was coming from Texas). They did offer a 5% rebate.
I doubt I’ll order from them again, too much confusion. Figuring out how to assemble the $700 piece would be nice. Maybe the end result will be worth it. If so, I’ll give another star.

Awesome experience
I am a contractor who uses multiple companies and various products. This was my first time using their products. I was blown a way by the ease of installation, quality of products, and customer service. This was truly one of the best experiences in my 20+ years of doing business. I will DEFINITELY be working with this company for years to come!!!

I was so excited to receive the Ivy…
I was so excited to receive the Ivy Gold Forest White and Gold Duvet cover! But when I opened the nicely packaged box I found a King size but I was sure I ordered a Queen could I have pressed the wrong button?
Oh no good luck I thought and this was expensive! I called Customer Service and got the nicest young man who listened to my story and said Yes we will send you a Queen right out and refund the balance. And surprise you can keep the King I could not believe it.
I love the Duvet Cover it is so soft and the embroidery is just as beautiful as the picture!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! A representative actually returned a call I made to the main number without me even leaving a voicemail. And then proceeded to fully refund me for a Christmas gift that wasn’t the right fit for the recipient. No questions asked with great kindness. Will 100% shop with them again.

I received a light that had what appeared to be an issue with the switch. I called and the customer service was professional and responsive. They are sending me a new replacement light and I appreciate the way they handled the return!
Awful Experience
Update: STILL no movement or response from Articure. I had to tell my CC company to issue a chargeback as there is no solution for this order that was placed in NOV of 2023, and customer service only replied with "they're checking with their warehouse or management" but never replied after. I still have the order tracking going on for more than two months now.
I ordered three lamps, and only two made it. After waiting more than a month (ordered Nov 25). I contacted customer support email and they have yet to do anything to assist in locating my missing shipment that has been waiting for USPS pickup. You can find many of these items else where that conduct legitimate operations. Beware and research before you click buy as most of these items have to get shipped from overseas. It took nearly two weeks for my other lamps to even ship. Not a good look for a company that makes itself out to be a luxury store.

I had some questions about wall panels and I spoke with Q. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and put my order through. He made sure my panels arrived on time and I am really satisfied with the service and products! Thank you Q!
BEWARE-SCAM
Ordered Nov 25 over $500 for a side table as a Xmas gift using ShopPay, first installment paid. Received tracking but FedEx said they never received package and that the seller canceled the shipment 1 Dec. Suspiciously the Articture website has a tracking map- NOT FEDEX- showing it went out for delivery in Rapid city and ‘could not be delivered’. B.S. FedEx has NO record or evidence of ever having received the package let alone attempting to deliver it. I have tried calling Articture several times and no one answers. It just refers you to email. Nothing has been resolved and i am going to have to do a chargeback on my C.C. Thank goodness I only paid one installment . DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. VERY DODGY, UNRELIABLE AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH

Purchased a second product from Articture (leather wall panels) and again my entire experience was 1st rate. The product itself is extremely high quality, they came very nicely packaged and the service from my sales rep/customer service agent "Q" was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. Q the customer service rep was a pleasure to work with. I lost my remote for my moon light when I moved in 2020. Since they do not sell remotes individually Q arranged for a new moon light to be sent to me. Now that is extremely satisfying customer service.

Ordered a rabbit faux fur blanket based on website pictures because there were no dimensions stated.Turns out it’s huge in size and so heavy (was wondering why the shipping box weighed a ton), the only way to use it is maybe as a cover on king sized bed.Decided to initiate a return and guess what? It’s a 20% restocking fee (for a blanket?!?) AND customer pays for shipping charges to return to an unspecified location (charges not disclosed because of course it’s a lot based on the package weight!). Submitted a review and it’s still ‘in review’. Seems that they publish only five star reviews. Beware of all of the above when ordering from this website but I won’t in the future (and I’m stuck with the blanket I won’t use unless I move into a castle in the near future) :(

I bought via articture not knowing it’s international shipping aka coming from outside of US. I sent them an anxious e-mail about cancelling. Customer service replied the next day informing the product is already shipped. So I held my breath.
Received products within 10 bs days. They’re perfect for me. The cloud linen has expensive, soft and silky feeling. I had been looking for bedsheets + duvet cover all over New York but this one from Articture tops all. Super pleased with my purchase.
