I purchased my 1st piece: a strobe globe lamp. People love it; it's subtle, modern & cool.🌎

Our home is filled with items from articture, rugs, lamps, tables & almost everyone that comes over compliments atleast one of them. Articture has stunning unique designs that really transform a space.

I purchased eight beautiful teaspoons and they are perfect! I love them for ice cream, tea, and desserts. They are a lovely iridescent color (I got the assorted colors) that look exquisite! They arrived perfectly within the time stated. I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

I’ve purchased several items over the last few years and have never been disappointed.. all their products are so unique and different and everyone that sees them compliments them. Their outdoor solar lights are like none others out there. I’ve only needed customer service once because i had forgotten to add a discount and they did so easily. You can’t go wrong with anything from this company. If you want something your neighbors won’t have, this is your place. Don’t walk, run!!! I cannot wait to see what I’ll try next!!

Just like the other 34% of customers on this forum, I had an awful experience.

I ordered forks on the 25th of January and they were supposed to ship between the 5th to the 8th of February. I wrote on the 5th of Feb to confirm items would ship and they said YES, all is good. I got a notification that the item shipped the 8th. Except it didn’t. It didn’t ship until the 10th and then bounced around for a while. It now says it has arrived - which it hasn’t.

I have been in touch with customer service multiple times. They play a game where they offer a discount for you to keep the items when you request a refund. They are incredibly slow to respond. I have requested, demanded and complained about a refund, but no answer. Their MO is to answer quickly publicly (like on this platform) to provide a good perception, but they draw out the process via email.

I have taken matters up with my bank to get reimbursed and I shared this review with them prior to posting it here. I do that so they have an opportunity to act before getting a one star review.

Interestingly, Articture offered to reimburse me if I dropped the mater with the bank. When I said that I wouldn't and I asked they reimburse through the bank as it would be simpler and is already in process, they replied they would check with management. That was a week ago and I have not heard back from them.

My bet is that they will write a very heartfelt response to this one star review but they still won't actually solve the problem.

They really don’t care about the customer and the only thing that matters is cash.

One of the best comforters I’ve ever owned. Soft, fluffy and warm enough. I took the light one. Customer service is also great

I have acquired many items from Articture and as a result have dealt with AJ who runs their Customer Service. This was not only a success but a pleasure. I have had some quality issues that have been addressed in a forthright manner and there has been no effort to avoid any and all problems. AJ is an asset to this company and it will be your pleasure to deal with Customer Service.

Articture products are innovative, attractive and different. I have a lot of time for a company that is both leading edge and unique. I am pleased with and proud of my acquisitions.

Searching for the absolute softest, butter soft goose down comforter… I found it !!! The premium goose down comforter from Articture fluffy and simple Devine!

Great looking lamp. I had an issue with the first one sent, Articture replaced with no questions asked. Great lamp, Great customer service. Can't ask for more.

I ordered a duvet set in long staple sateen cotton - it felt perfect coming out of the bag. Once I washed it though, the “sateen” aspect was completely gone. I used the directions on the site for cold water, etc. I’m hoping I can salvage them, but I don’t have a ton of hope.

I’m not able to return them due to having washed them (and who on earth would sleep on sheets right out of the bag?). I’m super bummed.

A couple of positives, though. Shipping was much faster than I expected and the color on the sheets is beautiful, I just wish they were soft instead of scratchy.

We ordered four lights to the tune of $1300. We returned them because they looked like they belonged in a dollhouse for the outside of our new construction home and have not received a refund and it’s been almost a month scam. Stay far away scam

I originally ordered this comforter in a King size light weight. I decided I needed a little more weight for winter( I am a hot sleeper so thought the light weight was going to be perfect). When I spoke with the CS team member he recommended I go with the Medium weight and offered that he would ensure my replacement in the upgraded/improved quality. When I received this yesterday it is the most soft hand, comfortable outer material I have ever touched. I used it last night and it was glorious. It is the perfect weight, unbelievably expert construction and it offered the perfect sleeping experience. I am thinking I will order another one.

Customer Service is top notch. Ordered a table and we damaged it as we were unpacking it. Called and explained what happened and they took care of it immediately. Would definitely buy from this great company again.

Ordered three solar lights. After several months, one of the lights stopped working. We emailed Articture and sent a video of the problem (water seal was defective so the light was flooded). The customer service rep responded quickly and sent a replacement light to us. Excellent customer service! The lights are beautiful, too!

I ordered spoons in various colors, but they sent them in rose gold without my consent. When I filed a complaint, they responded with just one message a day. I will not order from them again.

Absolutely Stunning Wood Wall Panels!!!
I’m a Designer and I came across these wood wall panels during an internet search, and absolutely fell in love with them! Know these were for a client, I called and spoke directly with someone from the website (Cue), I had to confirm that these were quality products. He was extremely helpful and honest. I also called and got his input on two other light fixtures that were also very stylish. To say the least, I’m obsessed with these wood wall panels and the customer service was top notch! I definitely recommend!!!
