Great customer service
I'm in the process of ordering a sofa from them. The jury is still out on the quality since I haven't purchased it yet, but I wanted to talk about the customer service. I've been working with Keith and he's been amazing. Sending me whatever I need to make my choice. Really appreciate the attention he provides you and the no pressure way he approaches his sale. Highly recommend them.
The softest most comfortable throw I have ever owned!
I have had my off-white rabbit faux fur throw for over a year and I absolutely love it! I look forward to snuggling up on the sofa under my blanket as often as I can! It's is so soft and feels so lovely on your skin. I have tried lots of throws over the years but this is the best one I have ever felt by a long way. I love it so much that I am now coming back to buy my 2nd one in Sand for my bed! I am also going to get the matching pillows this time as the throw is so soft I'd also like to have the same comfort on my head! I really can't recommend this throw highly enough. I think it says it all that I am coming back to buy a 2nd one!
Love my outdoor lights
Love my outdoor lights! the design compliments our pool and garden and I would recommend to anyone! Never had an issue and its been a year that we have had them. Also the customer support when I first got them was quick and very helpful. Great company!
Great for Client Projects
We have used Articture for several projects, specifically their custom headboards, and have loved our experience. They have always turned out beautiful & their team is extremely helpful in helping execute our vision! We will be definitely be using them for future projects.

Very poor customer support
I ordered the Hyde floor lamp on September 22nd, and today is October 31st — I still haven’t received any update about my order. I’ve emailed several times and even requested a refund twice, but haven’t received any response regarding the status. The only information I received was from someone in the Philippines who mentioned an issue affecting shipment updates — but it’s been far too long. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer support.

Wall panels!
Specified several of their wall panels for a commercial office space. They added so much texture to make large conference rooms feel more intimate. We also ordered 2 leather sectionals - so beautiful - fit the space perfectly! Customer Service through Keith helped ease some glitches we had. Highly recommend the quality of their products.
Honestly
Honestly, I've liked almost everything I've purchased so far. I appreciate that the company owner contacts me to check if everything is okay. I've had a few issues with some products, but honestly, those small details don't change my opinion of what they sell, and I give it five stars.

The wall panels were wonderful! It turned out so well. Customer support excellent. He made sure I ordered enough product. The installation was smooth. We hired our contractor to install them. We are so pleased. Turned out just as I expected.
Articture is a no go! Shop elsewhere!
First two transactions no problems. Third order a complete disaster. Ordered a Signature Table+ in Marble. This Signature Table+ arrived with its frame bent downwards and the bottom shelf being clearly stained with something manmade. I reached out to Articture by email with pictures attached and received a reply within 24 hours. Articture replied and stated they would send out replacement and the next day received a shipment confirmation so I assumed my replacement table would sent out shortly, however a week later the table still had not been shipped, so I emailed Articture once again only to find out that the table was out of stock and the replacement table was “possibly” in production and no estimated date of completion. I immediately asked for a full refund which was received a short time later. I feel Articture should have contacted me to let me know that my replacement table would be delayed as it was out of stock and another one was in production. No communication of any kind and I will NOT be purchasing from Articture again.

19 LaVie Solar Lights
I have ordered 19 of the LaVie Solar (warm white) lights on three separate orders. We use these to light our front walkway and flower gardens and we love them. Yes there was a delay on all three orders that I believe is caused by international shipping which I was ok with. We did have an order glitch that took longer to iron out than I would have hoped. The staff were pleasant to deal and responded in a positive way and we did ultimately find satisfaction.
Love the Lights, Hate the Experience (Faulty!)
I’ve called, emailed, and followed up multiple times with no response. The lights themselves are great, but there was an extreme delay in receiving them, and one unit arrived defective and does not work at all. What’s unacceptable is the complete lack of remedy or acknowledgment for either issue. At this point, I may be left with no choice but to escalate through the BBB to correct the faulty unit. This is especially unfortunate, as I had hoped to expand and purchase more lights—but I now question the company’s ethics and reliability.

Beautiful products, GREAT service
I purchased a beautiful sofa from Articture a year ago. I had great customer service throughout the purchase process. I needed to find a cover, but I wasn’t having much luck. I called them directly, and spoke with Keith. He was very courteous, and responded immediately to help. I haven’t experienced such good service in years! I highly recommend this company!
No Customer Support/Impossible to Reach
Been over two weeks since I placed my order and it hasn't shipped yet. Tried to reach them 6 times by calling their published number and nobody answers, just rings and then goes to music (no leave a message or message at all) (NO RESPONSE) Have written them three emails to support NO RESPONSE). Have messaged them via Instagram (NO RESPONSE)

Worst Service and Promises
I ordered a light fixture in March. I have been dealing with them since then til now. Was told after a couple of weeks it was going to ship. This didnt happen. The other issue is getting ahold of someone. I did have a person that was responsive but only when it seemed convenient. After many attempts to resolve why my order had not shipped after all my inquiries over 3 months. The company is now not responding to anything. The chat window being ignored. Text messages to the sales person and calls. They did however refund my money and promised to send the item regardless. They mentioned this at least 3 times over the course of the 3 months. Still to this day nothing. I would steer clear of this business and purchase elsewhere. Too many opportunities for their business model to just not reply and ignore. Then we write these low rating reviews and all of sudden they have interest. Tired of these types of business's. Dont really care if someone had a great experience as most usually get the ignore button and absolute lack of respect to clients purchasing their items. I wrote several review also through their website and low an behold, guess what? yep none of them made it to their list of reviews. Seems like they are being selective to not show their terrible service. in my humble opinion i would take my business and $ elsewhere to a reputable company that you can trust.

Ordered end tables which were delivered…
Ordered end tables which were delivered very fast. Didn’t like them and now want to return them. I have emailed twice requesting to initiate a return and have received no response. They have a very short return window and it appears they are trying to run the clock down to make things more difficult or to ensure the return window is closed and the product cannot be returned. Terrible customer service.

I purchased the Gold Forest White and Gold Duvet Cover set from Articture. The product was stunning and the quality better than excellent. It has been years since I have been able to say that about any purchase I’ve made. It needed little to no prep before I put the comforter in it. That is how good the fabric and construction was. It arrived early and the company was great to work with. Totally worth the price. I WILL buy from Articture again.
