Some of the images do not correctly convey the assembly stage, and others are innacurate causing confussion and delays in an already long-winded process.

Fantastic furniture. I managed to build this units myself. A tv unit and a side board. Such great quality. Delivery men were helpful and sent me messages throughout the morning until they arrived. I would recommend this furniture to anyone. Easy to build too

I really like the products sold by Arthauss. They are a good build quality and simple enough to put together.
They lose a star because sometimes, the instruction manuals are incorrect or difficult to decipher but if you've built anything before, you can usually work it out. They also lose a star because the drawer depths are always so shallow even if the drawer fronts are deep. This makes no sense to me. Why would you put a 19cm drawer front with 9cm drawer behind it. Its easily fixed by lowering the drawer rails but probably beyond your normal DIY job.
That being said, its at a great price.

We ordered Arti2 sliding wardrobes from this company and was initially disappointed as we had an alignment issue with the base piece and legs. Communucation with Hubert was very good, and modifications had to be made using an electric drill to make certain pieces fit together. However seeing the end result I must say it was totally worth it. These wardrobes are beautiful with ample storage and they look expensive.

Easy to follow instructions and the very first time I had exactly the correct number of parts and fixings with a self build unit. Everything fitted perfectly and the overall quality is first class. I will certainly use this brand again for future projects.

Delivery was absolutely fine. the instructions are not great at all, so took a long time to put together. The bed now together looks lovely. Marked down one star purely because the instructions were pretty bad.

Very nice cupboards an go well with my room. Wasn’t difficult to make and instructions were easy to follow.

The workmanship and quality of the white Toledo TV unit is excellent. So much so, I returned to order the coffee table, wall unit and sideboard. As well as lighting. All units have so much storage.

Initially my husband found the instructions to set up a little difficult, but once he got into the flow, he became an expert😊

Everything was as ordered. Long delivery date (or though it seemed) but definitely worth the wait. Oh, delivery drivers are the best of them. So courteous and helpful.

All in all a lovely buying experience from start to finish.

If you’re seeking good quality made furniture with a company that is professional, helpful (when needed) I would not hesitate to recommend Arthaaus.

Customer service was brilliant when i had questions or issues, furniture is good quality and works exactly as intended, great value for money. Deducting 1 star as the instructions were hard to follow (and the video and manual gave inconsistent instructions) and delivery takes several weeks, but I appreciate that this is because they make and pack to-order. Overall highly recommend

I am totally happy with my furniture but made a suggestion that the unit could do with a central supporting leg/legs. They investigated this with the manufacturer and have provided me with one.
I couldn't be happier with the service and only wish more companies were as caring and efficient.

Stunning furniture, looks amazing when all put together. Item was delivered as stated, had messages to keep me updated on the progress from been made right up to the delivery date. Only fault was that there was no instructions on how to fix the backing, it had about 16 fixtures and came in 4 pieces, no problem tho just no nailed it in place. Would definitely recommend this item.

I would not hesitate to purchase from Arthauss again. Smooth process from start to finish, I emailed a few times with questions after I placed the order and Hubert replied very quickly every time. Absolutely delighted with my purchase from Arthauss! I recently bought several pieces of stylish freestanding furniture with integrated LED lighting for my home, including the Trend TS-10, Sento Display Cabinet, Sento Sideboard, and Sento TV Cabinet, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Each piece looks way more expensive than it actually was, and they really have a standout look and feel. There were a couple of minor hiccups—namely, the drawer runner that didn’t quite fit and the UK-to-European plug adapters missing from the boxes. I bought an entertainment unit from Arthauss, it was on other well known sites for an extra £100+ so I was sceptical if it would be the same. It arrived and I love it! It took a while to assemble but the instructions were clear and it is perfect!
