Comfivo Terros desk in Walnut
Got the Comfivo Terros desk in Walnut and it’s very sturdy. Came with paper instructions (diagrams). It also came with a video guide via a qr code and I found that incredibly helpful, made the process so easy. Loses a mark as mentioned previously due to delivery delays, but customer service were good at replying via phone or through reviews, I didn’t seem to get a reply via email, though it may have got lost. The colour is lovely, drawers are a good size, and is overall a good product especially for the price.

No sign of delivery
Ordered tv unit, 10 working days to be delivered I’m now on working day 14 with no delivery date in sight, having emailed numerous times and getting an email back to tell me to check tracking which I've obviously already done, its been stuck in transit for over a week. Not sure where its coming from. Have to wait and see if the item actually turns up and as described

Purchased 2 sofas December, 2025, one sofa became faulty April 2026 reported and am still waiting for it to be fixed, this companies after sale service is absolutely useless and they ignore your emails too

Great company to do business with. We have just moved and my husband put the totally incorrect delivery address and postcode, they tried to locate but couldn't but came back the day after.
The items we bought and assembled, were of really good quality and the prices were really affordable. We would have no hesitation using this company again. In fact we are just about to order a 2nd wardrobe, now we are experts at assembling!

I have been extremely disappointed with…
I have been extremely disappointed with both the service and product. I ordered an oak desk in November, which the top arrived damaged.
After contacting furn-on numerous times and constantly chasing as no updates, a replacement top arrived some 3 months later. They blamed the delay on suppliers, however, still selling the same desk on their Website with a next week delivery date. Each top is individually made, as a result the top did not fit the draws sent so unable to put together.
After constantly chasing the company with no resolution, I have no given up and put this down to a very costly mistake for using furn-on.
The make matters worse, the original top to be sent back, the collection company cancelled the day before and still awaiting some 3 weeks later with a large office desk top taking up my hall way.
After the experience I have had, will never use this company again.

We fully agree that a three-month delay for a replacement part is far longer than anyone would reasonably expect, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused. Unfortunately the replacement top had to be produced by the manufacturer and this process took significantly longer than anticipated.
To clarify, the desk had already been removed from sale on our website some time ago, so it was not being advertised with a short delivery time during this period.
We’re also sorry to hear that you feel you’ve had to give up on resolving this. Our team had been in contact with you, including earlier on the day the review was left, encouraging further engagement so we could work towards a solution. This company went above and beyond in my estimation they kept my sofa in storage for 3mths as my house sale took longer to go through they kept in constant contact and delivered when the time was right, great customer care.
The only problem I had was the delivery guys couldn't get my sofas in the house with the box's on wouldn't let me unpack so they could get it in so left it outside me and my 75yr old dad had to get it in

Prestige swivel recliner chair.
The customer service was good ,offering me a discount as the chair was advertised as next day delivery ,but they couldn't do that after I,d placed the order.
The chair,Prestige, swivel recliner is OK,not the best quality, but good to look at and comfortable. The assembly instructions are pretty vague, to say the least. Also the advert makes out the headrest is adjustable, but only manually. Overall satisfied with the purchase, time will tell as it only arrived today. Would buy from Furn on again.

Lovely chair
Lovely chair. Good quality and competitive price. Husband, being tall, found this chair to be high enough. Didn’t have to wait very long for delivery which was carried out on a Sunday afternoon at no extra cost to our lounge. Three screws out four went in well but fourth no way at all. But is stable and comfy.
