Terrible company who just do not answer the phone! How are you supposed to speak to someone? Takes 3 days to get a reply back from an email!

Very impressed with the quality of the furniture and a good price too.
Delivery was quick and communication was excellent.

We ordered a garden furniture set last Saturday. Nearly £200 cheaper than one we saw in The Range. It arrived at 7am this morning (Tuesday)
Very well packaged. Email communication from the company were excellent from the point of ordering.
The sofa, chairs and coffee table are excellent quality. Easy to assemble and just what we wanted.
Lovely extra touches included a bag of miniature sweets and chocolates and a blanket ...and no delivery charge.
Would totally recommend this company and will definitely be buying from them again

Great product and the delivery driver Mario was fab with installation, the communication before was a little frustrating as really struggled to get in touch with customer service. The delivery was then delayed so we had to move other deliveries back.

I am really disappointed to have to write this review. I purchased a garden patio set from Dako last month. The set is lovely however the table has been poorly welded and as such has a wonky leg. I contacted Dako and they eventually agreed to send a replacement table after I sent them photos of the defective table. I then had to wait and wait for the replacement as the courier lost it in their warehouse. It finally arrived and its a completely different table and much smaller than the original.

I have sent several emails to Dako since which have all been ignored.

So disappointed as it could have been easily resolved. I will have to try and resolve through my credit card company or small claims court.

I would definitely avoid Dako, having read other reviews this seems to be the norm unfortunately.

Unfortunately, apart from its nice appearance, the sofa is of very poor quality and the springs squeak along the entire length of the seat from the very beginning

My patio set the Barcelona arrived all good with the exception of 2parts missing,
I emailed dakohome and they replied within 5 minutes apologising for the inconvenience
Within a few days the replacements were delivered!
I cannot fault this company customer care was excellent!

I give 4 stars just because delivery issues. Wardrobe,Black Vista 203cm, looking nice, great quality and I think it's worth of the money I paid for. I paid and for assemble too. 2 genuine persons done very great job, I'm pleased with.
The biggest issue was with delivery... When I ordered wardrobe I been told the latest delivery 20th of March. Received my order just 8th of April. It's big differences. Communication was not the best, to me seems they are ignored me,anytime I called they never answered,even there's phone number on their website ,they used that number to call me.Communicated with them just by email.

From start to finish it was so good to use a professional company .
With delivery let you choose times ,and the garden furniture was amazing quality, the free little gift were a lovely touch.
I would definitely recommend this company, and l have told all my friends and family, over the moon with my purchase.

Instructions not great

I purchased a Sofa Bed VERONICA – Cream from Dako Home on 21 September 2025 for £287.20.

After only 3 months of normal use (used only for sitting, not sleeping), the sofa became unusable. The cushions deteriorated very quickly, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price.

I submitted a complaint (Complaint number: 110) on 24 December 2025, and since then I have received absolutely no response. Being ignored for several months is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

This product is clearly not of satisfactory quality, and the lack of customer service makes the situation even worse.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Fast delivery and brought back not the house for me

I purchased the VIGO 120cm Sliding Door Wardrobe from Dako Furniture. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to both product quality issues and a lack of communication from the company.

Product quality:
Upon delivery, two of the mirrored panels were damaged. The damage was present immediately on inspection, meaning the wardrobe arrived in a defective condition and was not fit for purpose.

Customer service:
I reported the issue on the day of delivery and was offered a couple of £’s compensation. Since then, I have received no response to multiple follow‑up emails sent to both the general and complaints inboxes. I have also attempted to call but have not been able to reach anyone or receive a call back.

Overall experience:
The lack of communication has been the most disappointing part of this process. After several days with no reply, I have had no choice but to escalate the matter formally. I would have preferred to resolve this directly with the company, but the absence of any meaningful response has made that impossible.

I hope Dako Furniture improves both product quality checks and customer service responsiveness, as my experience to date has not met reasonable expectations.
