Further to your response to my review

Further to your response to my review, I would like to clarify that this incident did not start on 23rd December but on 25th October. Please refrain from portraying me as a fussy consumer. Your service has been appalling.

As someone who manages over 300 properties, I have instructed my contractors to cease installing Ariston Boilers due to the poor post-warranty service. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this service to any landlord. If this boiler had not been under warranty, the issue would have been resolved within a couple of days.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve your future service offerings.

we are very sorry, our previus response was based only on the task reported. We meant to explain the reasons why the repair was delayed.
As per our records there was a previous issue related to a contaminated system and we required the system to be flushed before returning as per warranty T&C.

The call centre were amazing and…

The call centre were amazing and arranged an engineer to come out. I phoned mid day ish on Friday and the engineer came out late morning on the Monday. He was knowledgeable and very polite. He didn’t have the part needed on
The van but arranged another visit on Tuesday to fit the part needed. He left no mess and the job was completed in the time he specified. I was very pleased with the service from all at Ariston and can definitely recommend.

Continua la mia bruttissima avventura…

Continua la mia bruttissima avventura con la caldaia, dopo tanta insistenza e dopo essere stato 2 giorni senza acqua calda e riscaldamento il 23 mi sostituiscono la caldaia , ma dopo 1 ora si guasto il ventilatore ( cod 612) sostituito ,il giorno successivo perde acqua dal vassoio recupero acqua condensa, dopo vari tentativi non perde più acqua dal vassoio, oggi pomeriggio di nuovo perde acqua e di nuovo si guasta il ventilatore (cod 612) chiamato l assistenza mi dice che viene dopo domani , ma lui nn può fare più nulla , se voglio devo denunciare l ariston perché lui non puoi sostituirmi più la caldaia
Ps...ho fatto vigilia di natale è natale senza riscaldamento
Penso che sostituirò la caldaia e marca a mie spese e chiederò risarcimento all ariston

O K the fitter that you sent did not know his job very well

Boiler leaking two days before Christmas

I phoned Ariston customer service just after ten in the morning of December 23rd and by 3in the afternoon my leaky boiler had been fixed by a young man called Luke from Status fantastic service I was amazed they were even working so close to Christmas.ten out of ten for Ariston Status and Luke thankyou all and a very merry Christmas to you all

We had a boiler installed which leaked so we took it off the wall and because of that they will not cover the warranty full stop.

as per Ariston Warranty T&C: "The boiler must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Failure to comply with this condition will result in any guarantee being withdrawn.
The Warranty does not include the repair and/or replacement of Products by Ariston where the malfunction or damage has arisen from failure to comply with the correct installation, maintenance or servicing procedures for the Product as laid out in the installation and servicing manual supplied with the Product, which are also available to download from Ariston’s website; the manufacturer's Warranty does not recognize also any modification or alteration of the Product carried out without prior permission or authority from Ariston."

Ariston Fast Evo x scaldabagno a gas a dir poco scandaloso, dopo 2 anni si è guastato e mi è stato sostituito in garanzia. Il secondo dopo 2 anni l'ho buttato, all'accensione faceva un botto assurdo, nonostante fosse stata fatta la manutenzione dai tecnici Ariston. Al prodotto dò una stella perché meno non si può. Non compratelo perchè non vale nulla. All'assistenza dò 5 stelle perché hanno cercato in tutti i modi di risolvere i problemi. Ariston 👎🏻

One of the worst boilers I have had the…

One of the worst boilers I have had the misfortune of having installed, only five years old, and has numerous repairs and just this year I had to pay for 3 repairs.
The 8-year warranty is useless, complained on many occasions to Ariston they are based in Italy and could not careless. Just endless emails that make no difference. Will rip out this crap boiler and take Ariston to small claims court, this boiler is not fit for the purpose. Please do not buy Ariston boilers.

Dear Sardar, as our customer service team informed during the phone calls the warranty on this product has expired. The Clas HE evo 30 has standard 5 years manufacturers warranty, not 8 yeast as the newest Clas models (Clas one, Clas system one and Clas one R). We are currently waiting for the information requested, to evaluate your case with Customer service manager; we kindly require the annual service records and commissioning certificate, along with recent jobs arranged privately and reports. However we can assure that your case has been internally escalated and our Service's manager is currently working on it and an update will be provided at the soonest.
