As a Heating Engineer , I can highly recommend Ariston boilers , it’s an excellent product , competitively priced in the market with a 10 - 12 year warranty, the after sales service is excellent also , my local rep Dan Murkell has been a constant source of help and information and I’ve also been in contact with Ben Davies who covers the north of England , despite me being in the south west of England , he has also helped with any technical questions that I’ve had , my experience so far with being an installer associated with Ariston has been first class and I’m proud to say I heat my home and hot water with a 35kw genus one Ariston boiler and it’s been faultless since installing 2 years ago

I Don't think you can get better value…
I Don't think you can get better value for money in todays market. Our local sales rep Dan Merkel always picks up the phone and will go above and beyond. Every company has an issue every now and then but Dan always gets it sorted quickly.

Boilers and heat pumps, Dan Merkel help invaluable.
Have fitted a load of these boilers of late and a couple of heat pumps.
Boilers are great, good warrantees easy to fit and basically the same as other more expensive manufactures.
Heat pumps are very simple to set up, much quicker than more expensive makes. Will be fitting one in my own house with underfloor heating in August.
Dan Merkel is the sales chap down our way and has been wonderful to deal with and has helped loads with advice for us.
Could not recommend Dan and Ariston UK enough for service, products and costing.

As a gas engineer of 23years, I will never even look at an Ariston boiler again. My recommendation is to never purchase one. If you have one and it gets a fault, replace the whole thing or be prepared for an ongoing expense of repair.

Shockingly poor service
Shockingly poor service. Cannot get the correct parts delivered even when using the portal. Portal says one thing but human says another. As sson as the product is used / end of life will not buy again
